My wife and I along with some friends stayed at Villa Ines and had a great stay! We had amazing hospitality by Marika and her team! The Villa itself is really beautiful, the grounds, rooms, common spaces all top notch. The location is also amazing as the vaporetto to Venice proper is just a really easy stroll away and ferries leave constantly. So easy to escape the crowds of St Marks and escape to the beautiful peaceful Lido. We loved our stay and highly recommend staying at Villa Ines!

What an amazing little discovery. Italian Air traffic strikes meant our Venice trip was extended by another night. We thought we would use the opportunity to explore somewhere different and chose Lido and Villa Ines. The Villa was beautiful both inside and out, very clean and also the hosts were lovely. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Villa Ines is in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful garden, old house with modern interiors. Very spacious and good bathrooms. Good bed. No noise from outside. Short walk from beach. Breakfast very good, and it was served in garden. Besides beautiful garden, not many facilities. Small parking, but rarely one comes to Lido with a car. Friendly service.

Wenn das Wetter erlaubt, wie bei uns 20 ℃ an Ende Oktober-Tagen, kann man im schönen Garten frühstücken. Lorbeerblätter über den Köpfen, hinter uns ein alter Olivenbaum, vor uns blühende Kamelienbaum (Camellia sasanqua), und sonst auch schön grün. Schöner Ort. Nicht weit von Lido-Vaporetto-Station, nicht weit vom Sandstrand. Unser Badezimmer war mit einer Jet Bath (Whirlpool? Jacuzzi?). Aber es gibt nur so viel Warmwasser für eine schnelle Dusche. Schade. Ruhige Lage, freundlich, sauber und gutes Frühstück. (Das war nach 24. Oktober 2019. Danach kamen die Corona-Jahre... )

Nous avons passé cinq nuits dans une grande chambre (baptisée junior suite) très agréable - lit immense, déco élégante, grande salle de bains avec baignoire et remous et douche italienne. L’accueil est aussi sympathique que prévenant. Le plus : le cadre - notamment le jardin avec végétation luxuriante où l’on prend un petit déjeuner copieux (buffet avec tomates mozza, jambon, excellents pains, café Illy à volonté, fruits frais…). A 10´des vaporetti et des plages.

Una delle migliori esperienze di ospitalità di sempre. Premesso che è stata la nostra prima volta in un B&B non poteva avere esito migliore. Una camera confortevole con addirittura vasca idromassaggio e doccia, un piccolo balconcino in un contesto meraviglioso. Non è difficile adeguarsi alle ottime abitudini della casa, dalla prima colazione alla cortesia per gli ospiti di tutto lo Staff. Grazie per le bellissime giornate trascorse e a presto. ps: mettete in valigia un prodotto anti zanzare

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia presso questa struttura per 3 notti ,durante le vacanze di Pasqua. Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni meravigliosi, in un'incantevole villa con un giardino curato , lontano dal caos di Venezia città, ma in una posizione ideale per raggiungere Venezia città e a due passi dalla spiaggia. Titolare cordiale, non si risparmia in disponibilità. Pulizia ottima e per finire, o iniziare, super colazione con prodotti fatti in casa. Consigliatissimo!!!! Ci ritorneremo!

Zimmer: sehr schön aber etwas klein Frühstück: hervorragend. Serviert im wundervollen Garten aber auch relativ teuer Lage: unweit dem Strand und dem Zentrum Sonstiges: man konnte gegen Gebühr Fahrräder leihen. Das lohn sich auf jeden Fall, um weniger überfüllte Strände zu erreichen Personal: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
