The room for four people is in a box with no windows. It is dark outside the window and there is no sense of space during the day. I suspect it is a fake window. A room worth two thousand yuan is not worth it, but that’s it, this is Venice Water Town. The name is valuable.

Ca' Dell'Arte Suite is simply majestic! The luxurious decor and attention to detail make the stay feel like a royal experience. The suite is spacious, elegant, and truly reflects the charm of Venice. The location is perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable and refined stay!

This is an absolutely brilliant hotel, I loved the decor the bed was comfy and the bathroom was spot on. There were also tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is always a bonus and free water was provided. That having been said i think the hotel is probably not suited for the less agile as there are steep and narrow stairs to climb. Another consideration is that breakfast was not actually served at the hotel we were given a voucher for breakfast which were redeemed at a cafe about 7 minutes walk away, the breakfast was perfectly adequate so it wasn't a deal break merely a bit in convenient. also we stayed for three nights but we only given breakfast vouchers to two days, we never made a fuss but just bear it in mind. Would i stay at this hotel again, yes it was clean the staff were friendly and i had an enjoyable stay,I would however prefer breakfast served on site

great location, within 1 min walking of where the water taxi lets you off. Easy to get to St Marco square and the Rialto bridge. easy walking to many places. the only reason reason I gave it a very good and not excellent is because I wish we knew that the 2nd bedroom was up a very steep set of stairs. It is a wonderful location, comfortable beds, kitchen, sitting table, but people need to know that the upstairs bedroom has very low ceilings and the stairs were not easy to get down at night if you had to use the bathroom. one bathroom which was very nice but downstairs. It is fine if you are children, teens or agile adults (we are 60, 61) and at 5'4" I had to duck to go around the foot of the bed. nice place, but just wanted this to be known.

This is described as a Boutique Hotel and that fits . Let me start by saying we were originally booked for the main hotel and the management made the switch to this property. We were informed of the change the night before in an e-mail and had quite an adventure trying to locate the place. The decor is outstanding but not user friendly and many things that should have been simple were not well thought out- for example the shower head over reaches the stall and soaks the bathroom. These things would have been passable for the location BUT we experienced a major lack of attention to an issue from management that resulted in us moving out a day ahead and relocating. Not only were we not able to resolve what should have been an easy and manageable situation but the travel company we worked with was not able to get any kind of response either. We travel all over the world and this kind of failure is not acceptable. I rarely write a bad review but I would not recommend this place- there are too many better options in beautiful Venice.

Beautiful little satellite hotel to their main one ten mins walk away. Right on the "SUSO" bridge. Freshly decorated, comfortable, spotless rooms. Lovely people always about if you need anything. Cheap cheerful and worth every penny. Can't wait to go back.

We found our way to this address eventually, and once at the door we realised that the code didn't work. We used the intercom to try and speak with a manager, and tried a phone number too. They recognised that there was an issue with access, but they didn't help. They hung-up on us - twice. We finally gained access - the code we used was correct, but the system only works about 1 in 4 attempts. That is really frustrating. When realised that they hadn't told us a room number, so it was only by fluke that we found which room we needed. Once inside we finally got to relax - the apartment does look charming and offers a nice amount of space to enjoy. Except for the bathroom - that is really tiny and not designed well. It was also not cleaned well. We didn't know there was daily housekeeping, so we'd left way too much stuff out, including laundry that was drying. The housekeeper was lovely though. The city-tax is not communicated well, and after a poor experience with the manager, it felt like a cheap grab at more money.

We had an absolutely amazing 3 day break in Venice. (Me, my husband and 18 and 14 year old). Was not expecting the apartment to be so grand and spacious! Decor was lovely and seemed worth much more than what we actually paid. Very clean, loads of towels, washing machine and basic cooking stuff and fridge (no oven or toaster). Beds comfy and the AC was a godsend! Shower was fab, nice and powerful. Some nice, comfy sofas. We found the place really easily using Google maps. We communicated with reception via *********** app and they sent us the door code within the hour we told them we would be arriving. The lady who came to welcome us couldn’t speak a word of English but got there in the end with aid of Google translate - tried to tell us we need to pay city tax (€3 each per day!) Yes there are 2 flights of steps up but that was fine if you can manage your suitcase up on arrival/departure. The apartments are literally a stones through away from St Marks square and within easy walking distance of pretty much everywhere. We arrived by train at Santa Lucia station and got the Vaporetta taxi boat to St Marco square and then got the airport boat from the same place on the way home (€15 each one way). Lots of hidden supermarkets, restaurants, shops on the doorstep. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
