The location is very good in the main island, around 10 mins walk from St Lucia train station. There are also waterbus stations nearby. There are lots of restaurants as well. The shared bathroom is quite small but it’s good value for money.

After a 30 minute walk we got to the hotel only to find out our room was in a separate building that was 10 blocks away! They stored our luggage for a couple of hours and when we ask to use the restroom we were told it was ‘only for people staying at the hotel’, the staff was quite rude.
The room itself was confortable.

The actual situation of this hotel is seriously different from the description when booking. Upon arrival, we were told that the room was located in another building and were provided with an additional map to get there on our own, which was very inconvenient. We needed to find the location ourselves, input the password, and then use the key to enter, but something went wrong during the process and we couldn't get in smoothly. When we called the hotel for help, the other party directly replied that "we can't come to handle it", which was completely lacking the service attitude that a hotel should have.
The room itself is more like an apartment** in a 2 star hotel. The bed turned out to be a **sofa bed** which was not what I expected. The price is high, but you cannot enjoy any hotel-level facilities and services, not even basic comforts. What's worse is that the toilet is located **outside the room**, which is extremely inconvenient. In addition, the water heater in the room starts **every 5 minutes**, and the noise at night seriously affects the quality of sleep.
Overall, this accommodation experience was very bad, the price was unreasonable, and the room conditions were completely inconsistent with the hotel level.

The front desk was really helpful! I was a bit worried about traveling alone, but all my tension was immediately relieved. The bed was fluffy and the toilet and shower room were clean. There were plenty of towels, and the mirror in the sink can be made to shine. There are many shops nearby, so you can easily get food.
