NH Venezia Santa Lucia

Location near Railway Station is excellent. But amenities inside room are a bit old. Shower area without door makes water leak out of it, causing slippery and wet floor. Wall between room is thin such that I can hear other room people talking. One good thing is on the breakfast which provides a variety of food.. that said, the scramble egg is a bit hard.

Location is great! It is only about 5 mins walk from train station. Room is a bit old and is not well maintained. I did not feel welcome from the front desk when we checked in.

Friendly staff and located just next to the train station and the ferry. Highly recommended.

The room felt quite small for the price, and the amenities were underwhelming. However, the two large, fully openable windows were a nice touch. There was no complimentary drinking water, which I believe is essential, and the TV wasn’t working. I didn’t reach out to the staff since I didn’t have the time. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location and maintains a clean environment despite being in an older building. I’ve stayed at NH Collection hotels, including their 5-star properties, and they always seem to fall just short of being great. There’s definitely room for improvement. Lastly, I witnessed a customer requesting wine glasses from reception, only to be denied because the wine was purchased elsewhere—I found this to be poor service.

Hotel was just okay. It had a smell, but overall the staff was friendly and bed was comfortable.

Central location. Our rooms were upgraded. Delicious breakfast. One drawback is small lift.
