Excellent stay. Breakfast, room, bed, space, help from the host. Location was perfect. The check in process was managed well by Elana as we had a very late check because our plane was delayed and if it is a first time to Venice for you, you will understand the streets seem confusing. She gave us all the information we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The room was better than in the picture and everything worked as well as a three*** or four*** hotel. Samuel and his small team are charming and caring and he shared great advice - as well cooking a great breakfast. Great location, and a much happier area than the core tourist zone and some lovely places to eat north of here.

Bed and breakfast with few rooms, very quiet and cozy. They make you feel at home. Perfect location, close to the Rialto Bridge but on a quiet street. Easy to get to. Large room, large bathroom. Both comfortable and very clean. Of note, our room had blinds which blocked out the light in the early morning. Delicious breakfast, we woke up to the smell of freshly baked croissants. Samuel was very kind and Elena wrote to us to give us directions. Highly recommended!!!!

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft. Das Zimmer sehr ansprechend und das Bad sehr groß. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber! Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Die Besitzerin äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man kann sich auch gute Tipps bei ihr abholen. Lage ist sehr zentral.

Interessante B&B in ottima posizione. Ne farò un riferimento per i miei viaggi a Venezia (in decenni di frequentazione ahimè i miei riferimenti sono veramente pochi). Stanze pulite e comode e piacevole colazione nella corte. Ho lasciato qualche consiglio di miglioramento, che mi hanno assicurato sarà accolto. Prezzi concorrenziali per il livello di qualità. Il gestore è cordiale e disponibile.

B&b scelto per la zona strategica, sia vicino alla stazione sia a 2 minuti dal ponte di rialto, siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti, camera in stile veneziano e molto ampia, aria condizionata, colazione ottima sopratutto i proprietari moltp gentili ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare la valigia all interno della struttura per poter girare meglio l ultimo giorno e sopratutto ci hanno dato molti consigli per i vari ristoranti..grazie mille a presto!
