If you wish to get a taste of what ancient Venice was like , then this is the place to stay. Beautifully decorated in style, and with excellent service, your stay will be unforgettable.

酒店位置優越，有自己私家碼頭，非常方便；超預期的方面是服務，工作人員熱情周到，而且房間裏面裝修雖然有年代感但非常精緻！由於11月酒店已經不通冷氣而是供暖氣，但訂了露台房間陽光很充足，房間裏很熱，酒店再三道歉並提供了風扇，11月開風扇這確實很好笑的點，想着也沒辦法就晚上開窗睡覺。第二天早上酒店經理親自來告訴我可以幫我升級房間，是運河景的套房，換房後確實涼快很多了，這種遇到問題主動解決問題的態度很值得表揚👍還有就是酒店有一家米其林餐廳，因為訂滿了所以沒辦法吃到他們的晚餐，但是早餐出品同樣讓人驚喜，非常多選擇而且很好吃！要知道威尼斯旅遊景點的餐廳，連安縵的米其林餐廳都很一般，但這家酒店連早餐都很讓人滿意，太難得了！下次還會繼續入住這家酒店的！

從服務到裝修設計 再到環境都屬於頂級，基本可以步行到主島各處景點，食物和服務業非常不錯，適合一家人帶小朋友或者情侶入住，絕對物超所值，最佳抵達方式是讓酒店安排水上出租車，點對點不用搬行李。酒店有自己的碼頭
