WOW! This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at! After lots of research we stayed here to celebrate my 60th birthday. The hotel is an oasis of calm away from the tourist crowds yet just 20 minutes walk to St Mark’s Square. The perfect location! The rooms are luxurious, the housekeeping amazing and the staff brilliant! We were made to feel so special by everyone! We felt so relaxed, everyone was so welcoming and friendly! The concierge were so helpful and everything they recommended, restaurants, trips, areas to visit etc was also perfect! We ate at their fine dining restaurant Glam on my birthday and loved the experience! Everyone made my 60th birthday so special! We can’t wait to return! ❤️

What a luxury gem in the centre of Venice. The warmest of welcomes and a very personal service from all the staff. They were very keen to help recommend authentic Venice experiences and stores and work through a WhatsApp system where you can ping them at any point for a recommendation or question. The room was spacious and very well appointed. We did not dine in the restaurant for dinner but the breakfast was outstanding! I’d definitely recommend this.

A true Venetian experience. A 15th century building with every modern luxury. From the moment you arrive at the hotels private garden boat dock the staff is first class. Our check in was personalized and private situated in the hotels 2nd floor sitting room. Where else can you have breakfast included in a two star Michelin restaurant. I can't recommend or praise the staff enough for allowing us to be their most important guests while we were their. Thank you for the wonderful Venetian hospitality.
