Small hotel with an excellent location in the heart of Venice, 5 minutes from Rialto, 5 minutes from San Marco square and 5 minutes from San Zacaria. Attentive and wonderful staff. Normal breakfast. We don't come to Venice to enjoy the hotel, so as long as it is correct it seems great to us. To put it another way, the heating sounds quite a bit since having been in winter it is necessary, the room is poorly insulated due to the age of the window materials which look very old, but it goes up a little more and it's great. I would return to Venice and the hotel. Thanks to the staff for making our stay so pleasant.

PROS: Very central location, 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco, 2 minutes from the Bridge of Sighs. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of the rooms. Agreement with one of their truly exquisite restaurants. Exceptional price. CONS: Small and narrow quadruple room. Accessibility to the third floor only with stairs (which would not be a serious problem except that they are impossible to access for those with disabilities), but very steep and very small. The TV is almost unusable as it has very little reception, as does the WiFi internet connection. Bathroom radiators unusable and therefore always turned off. Quality of furniture and blankets very old.

Posizione consigliata a 5 minuti da piazza San Marco e vicinissimo a ristoranti e bar. Appartamento pulito ma che necessita di una ristrutturazione. Si accede al primo piano facendo 28 scalini ripidi e stretti. Se avete tante valigie, o passeggini e bambini piccoli, valutate bene. Sconsigliato per anziani e disabili. La tv non prende. L'appartamento ha una stanza chiusa a chiave che è il magazzino della signora delle pulizie e mentre noi riposavamo dopo pranzo lei doveva entrare e uscire per prendere le sue cose per pulire l'appartamento ACCANTO.
