Pet friendly Hotels Venice-Lido

The hotel is perfectly placed if you want the beach as it is opposite a fabulous public/free beach but with the option to purchase umbrellas, food, drinks etc if you want. You have a view of the beach/sea at breakfast. Also the roof terrace has sea views one way and sunset views the other which is fab! Claudio who serves at the roof terrace is an absolute joy. Reception is 24hours and staff were friendly and helpful. It's a 20 minute walk to the waterbus stop which takes you to Venice, Murano etc but the walk to the stop is alongside the sea or the Venice lagoon so is pretty special. We bought a weekly ticket for the waterbus to Venice etc at 65€ each which we thought worked out to be good value. There is a fabulous pool area nearby and 'pay for' beach which is pricey but we thought pretty good value at 12€ each for a sunbed without an umbrella at the pool or 48€ for two with padded sunbed, umbrella and table. There's a nice snack bar so you can stay all day. If you want the 'best of both worlds' Lido is ideal. We loved the calm after a busy morning exploring and sightseeing and an afternoon on the beach or by the pool was perfect for us. At first I was disappointed there were shutters at the windows and no view but it got very hot so I was glad of the air con and shutters on returning from sightseeing. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. If you want sea views pay the extra. Breakfast was a help yourself buffet with lots of choice. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Tips: sit on a bench and watch the sun set over Venice/Venice lagoon. Visit Claudio on the roof terrace and enjoy a drink (and snacks) with a view.

Assuming that we will return very soon to this ”little” paradise, we will certainly return because the person who embodies Hospitality, Kindness, Professionalism, Exquisiteness, is Mr. Eugenio who, to define Receptionist - Concierge, would be an understatement for Him. A Great Professional, person very Human, Professional who honors his work by transmitting a great positive charge and makes the PANORAMA Hotel great, precisely with the desire to return immediately. Top service. Very clean structure, welcoming in all its parts, priceless to have the possibility of admiring Venice and its entire lagoon from the room. The male staff working in morning is super nice . room is bit small for 2 people. Location is excellent, 🏨 is in the middle of the town . It is adjacent to supermarkets and restaurants. But , the air conditioning in my room 27 was not working well during my stay...

It was a nice experience overall. There is a €3.60 city tax per person per night that's added on and can only be paid in cash which was inconvenient. There is tea/coffee provided in the room, however, they also charge to refill them if you use any. Breakfast is an extra €5 per person and breakfast lasts less than 3 hours (7am-9:45am) which is a bit inconvenient if you want to sleep in or if you have to get up early. The desk staff is moderately friendly. When we first arrived they weren't too friendly but the evening and check out attendants were nicer. The room is pretty small and really only enough room to eat around the perimeter of the bed. The bathroom is decently sized, however, the shower didn't have a door so water pools out onto the floor unless you huddle close to the shower head and even then... The TV is very small and not easily seen if you are vision impaired. My biggest complaint, however, is how hard the bed was. There's little to no cushion on the mattress. I woke up both mornings I was there and had back and hip pain (I'm 28 yrs old in relatively good physical condition). It is close to sleeping on the floor. There was a closet with a nice amount of space to put our things. There is also am elevator to access the floors which was convenient on days that we walked a ton. The lobby is nice and clean and has some seating areas. We did not explore the bar or breakfast areas. The hotel itself is located near the water bus station for easy access to Venice. It is also on a strip of shops and restaurants. Granted most things on the island of Lido do close early and a lot of them are temporarily closed but still marked as open on Google maps. Plan accordingly and call places ahead of time. I've included pictures of the bathroom which was overall nice, however, I didn't take pictures of the bedroom as it was small and hard to get a good angle.

This hotel is so charming it is very quiet with clean rooms and very friendly staff. It is located within about a 10 minute walk to the beach and just a 5 minute walk to the boat terminal and about a 7 minute walk to shops and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone wanting a truly charming Italian accommodations.

The hotel is very close to the Lodo port. But since it is too close, the house will shake when the boat hits the levee. Room amenities are a little dated, Even though it's a non-smoking room, I can still smell some smoke. All the staff are very friendly. They can prepare a takeaway breakfast if you leave the hotel before breakfast time.

Very good location hotel, nice classic style hotel. Room was ok for a base for city travels, short walk to transport and facilities. Breakfast was basic continental but good for the price. Staff friendly and always helpful, hotel nice and clean and well kept, would highly recommend for a stay

The location is about a 10-minute walk from the boat station on Lido Island. The staff is a bit cluttered, but it may be suitable for people who like the appropriate Frank feeling. The entrance was difficult to understand. I thought it was a little off from the building displayed on Google Map. The room was beautiful, although there was not much cleanliness of the appearance and the common space. Dryer and shower were good.

We stayed as a couple in October and found the hotel to be conveniently situated in a nice area with easy access to the water bus terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice enough with modern design. The shower is on the small side and I found the mattress uncomfortable however my wife found it acceptable. The breakfast was not great and the coffee poor for Italy but there are plenty of places for coffee and breakfast within a five minute walk. Overall I would return to this hotel as it’s an ideal base with clean rooms in a nice area and a convenient location, when visiting Venice your not going to be spending that much time in the hotel.

Schon beim ersten Moment wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Jeder vom Personal und der Rezeption war sofort bereit sich um alles zu kümmern. Es gibt eine Rezeption einen Kühlschrank mit kalten Getränken aller Art und wirklich günstigen Preisen für ein Hotel. Wir hatten einen sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem kleinen Garten wo die Hunde auch raus konnten und wir natürlich in Ruhe rauchen. Das Frühstücksbuffet natürlich typisch italienisch aber sehr abwechslungsreich. Für mich persönlich sehr wichtig der Kaffeevollautomat wird wirklich leckerem Kaffee. Das Bad mit einem quasi Duschklo ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage wurde sofort in Gang gesetzt nachdem wir das reklamiert haben.
