Beautiful hotel, very well located a few minutes walk from 2 vaporeto stops.
Our room was spacious and clean.
The staff is very welcoming and pleasant.
The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of choice.
The bar offers a magnificent view with a nice cocktail menu, the waitress was very friendly and welcoming.
On the other hand, a small negative point about the restaurant which is outside the hotel, the meal was very expensive, small quantities and we did not find the dishes to our taste, no parmesan offered for our pasta.

The hotel is on a separate island and there is only this hotel on the island. The environment is well maintained. There is a pool and restaurant on the roof. You can see the main island of Venice. In terms of transportation, there is a ferry to and from San Marco Square on the main island. The boat and the one-way shuttle bus to St. Lucia Railway Station on the main island are free. We live in small suites, the rooms and beds are large, the bathrooms and cloakrooms are large, and the experience is very good!
Ideally situated between Venice Marco Polo Airport and bustling Downtown Venice Island, the Hilton Garden Inn Venice Mestre San Giuliano hotel offers shuttle service to the airport and Mestre train station.

Soak up the vibrant atmosphere of Venice Downtown Island, which only 10 minutes drive or stroll through San Giuliano park, located in front of the hotel.

Typical Hilton so quality was not bad. Rather than paying v high hotel rates in Venice people should consider Hilton as it is v reasonable. There are two buses right outside the door with the 2nd stop that brings you to Venice bus terminals. You can walk in to Venice or take a ferry within 30 min with things to see whilst you are walking.
Another plus is that with a 5 to 10 min taxi ride you and your luggages will arrive at the door of Hilton without the trouble of taking your luggages to your hotel in Venice after transport through boats
But you need to time the return journey especially when the weather is cold or wet as it is hard to get a taxi in the evening when people are leaving after dinner.

This is the first time I write a review on Ctrip. I'll say that when you are away from home, don't be too hypocritical, and don't ask and expect too much. But this time I can't help but tell the truth. Let's talk about the price first. 1. The standard large room of this hotel is more than 4,000 yuan per night. This room type is enough for two people. After arriving at the hotel, we still asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a better room, and the front desk receptionist took us to see two upgraded rooms with different decoration styles, but it would cost about 350-400 euros. In the end, we gave up because of the price and felt it was not worth it. In addition to the larger space, although there is a sea view, it is not a floor-to-ceiling window. 2. The design style is dark. I personally think that this hotel should be suitable for young people under 25 years old who are avant-garde in art. It is a personalized design boutique hotel. For other business travelers with high comfort requirements/poor eyesight or older people, forget it, because it is really a bit dark, a bit dark, and the practicality of various buttons in the room is really a bit brain-consuming. It is more recommended to choose a chain brand five-star hotel). At least those brands are more mature in operation, the service is also very professional, and the courtesy is more diverse. 3. The reception is not good enough. There is no pick-up service. This is a hotel on the main island. If you come here, you can book a water taxi ticket at the airport (140 euros for two people, a special boat, 20-30 minutes to get off at the hotel door, it is quite smooth.), but you will be very embarrassed when you leave the hotel. Anyway, we are going to Lucia Railway Station to take 🚞 to Milan. The hotel staff did not provide any service to help us see off. You know, guests like us from the ”Eastern Tang Dynasty” have several suitcases and have to travel through several cities. We dragged several heavy luggage all the way, and there were 5-6 bridges on the cobblestone road and 20 minutes of walking. Oh my God! Where is the decency of staying in a boutique hotel? ! ! It's really ironic! ! As a hotel of this price on the island, a representative hotel, it is marked as the No. 1 luxury hotel in Venice on Ctrip... It really made me feel very, very bad. 3. I am quite satisfied with the hotel breakfast. You have to order a set meal on the spot, which is freshly made and not self-service, probably to avoid waste. As shown in the picture, the drinks, water, snacks, etc. in the mini bar in the room are all free. 4. If you are a little superstitious, you don’t have to choose this hotel, because the standard room is a sky view room, which is really depressing, with insufficient light, and dark style design. I almost brought my own black magic. There is also an art installation in the corridor at the door of my room. As shown in Figure 1, there are all kinds of monsters moving in a pool of mud... Just think about it and your stomach will tremble! When we checked in, we were very nervous, and we could only stay in this state of mind. The reason why I have such a long talk is to avoid many compatriots from stepping on thunder. In fact, Venice is very small. One day on this island is enough for you to play. It is similar to you visiting an ancient town in China, but the architectural scenery in Europe is more outstanding. There is no need to stay on this main island. Leave more time to other fun cities!

Love this hotel soooo much!
First they got shuttle buses service, but I skipped that and called an Uber which costs me 25 euro so everyone remember to use their shuttle service which can help with saving.
Second the facilities are great! The pool is clean and the hotel is new. The room is large and cozy. You can use the sun beds which is comfortable etc…
Overall that’s very good with such price and I’ll rate it 5/5!

Although the hotel is in the Mestre district, the location feels a little remote because we drove from Florence in the south. It is not far from the highway and there is a gas station next to it. There is an outdoor parking lot outside the hotel with plenty of parking spaces. It only takes 15 minutes to drive to the main island of Venice, so it is very suitable for people who travel by car. Overall, the hotel is very good and worth recommending.

Beautiful hotel on a beautiful island. Room was big and clean with little view of the lagoon. Staff in the reception was helpful and we got a complimentary ride to visit the glass factory on Maurano Island. Really enjoyed our dinner by the seaside restaurant with the beautiful sunset. Highly recommend this hotel to those who visit Venice.

GGuest UserAmazing location, central to all tourist sites and superb shopping all around, unbeatable in all ways. Rooms newly renovated so excellent in room facilities. Pricing was also very reasonable for location. Right beside some of the best views and regardless the room, I’m sure you’ll accept this is the best value hotel in the area. Only disappointment was the bar. Ordered a drink for my wife and I, was charged triple what other exceptional bars outside would charge, the drink looked and tasted like to was made by a child. Quite disappointed with this. Also one needs to really be patient with staff, they seem to be more caught up with talking amongst themselves and their reaction to other guests reflect poor training. Rolling of eyes and other expressions are quite unprofessional. But they don’t ruin the stay, the can’t with such a beautiful location! Bell Boys very helpful and hardworking, maybe the rest of the team should learn from their colleagues. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel anytime to anyone!

AAnonymous UserLeonardo Royal is located just 10 mins walk from the bus and train station making it an easy and convenient place to stay. Rooms are clean and bathroom is spacious. The reception also taught me an easier path to walk behind the hotel parallel to the train tracks for a smooth path to walk with my luggage to the bus station to go to the airport. Breakfast spread was good. it's my 3rd time staying here. Happy to recommend.

GGuest UserWhat a fabulous hotel perfectly located a block from the Grand Canal and close to both the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square.
The receptionists are outstanding and answered all of our many questions with comprehensive answers, patience and respect. Can’t rave enough about them.
The rooms are even prettier than indicated on line, with plush bedding, a large bathroom and plenty of space.
Breakfast was convenient and offered a large variety of choices. Service was also exceptional.
Without question - you will enjoy this full service hotel. As a bonus, there is also an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcase up the stairs.

LLEIThe hotel has an excellent location, right across the train station. As soon as we got off the train, we could see the hotel’s large logo from the train platform. Given what we’d heard about Venice’s safety situation, this was very reassuring... The hotel has its own restaurant next to the lobby, making dining convenient, though the waitstaff were somewhat lacking in manners—they started clearing our plates the moment we finished eating... The front desk service, however, was excellent—polite and courteous.

ТТарасI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Aaron Hotel in Venice, and I must say, it was an experience that nearly touched perfection. The hotel's location is ideal, offering convenient access to the enchanting Venetian attractions, making it a great starting point for exploring the city.
The rooms at Aaron Hotel are a delight - spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff deserves a special mention; they were not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests.
However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues during my stay. One drawback was the lack of facilities to make tea in the room. As a tea enthusiast, having the ability to brew a cup in the comfort of my room would have been appreciated. Additionally, while the breakfast offered was satisfactory, I found it to be somewhat basic compared to the otherwise high standards of the hotel. A wider variety of options or a few gourmet touches would elevate the morning experience significantly.
In conclusion, despite these small shortcomings, my stay at the Aaron Hotel was wonderful. The hotel exudes charm and sophistication, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Venice. I would gladly recommend it to others and look forward to returning in the future.

YYing Wai CasparWe stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later.
We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.
AAlexPozClose to Piazzale Roma, you dont need to carry you lagguges so far if you park your car on Municipale Parking or Tronccetto or if you travel by train you dont need cross even this one bridge :) . Hotel is on via Spagna is commercial street so crowded but is close to Ferrovia. Hotel is in old building Pallacco in Venetian Style. Rooms are in Venetian Style also, cossy, but on minimum, in fotos it looks little beter. Aroud you have all you need shops, restaraunts, etc, so no problem, Vapporetto Stop is just right the corner. To Piazzale San Marco is about 40 minutes (via Realto), or 50 minutes (via Academia) by foot, even beter by foot than via Vaporetto, you vist Venezia. Hotel service is very nice and helpful, breakfast is very good and has a lot of meals.

GGuest UserIt wasn't great visit for us. We just came im to our hotel when we saw water leaking from air conditioner while making loud noise from electrocity. We called the reception, and man came to ”fix” it.
We went touring and still the same day when we came back it happend again. Again someone came to fix it but couldn't do anything about the noise. Also we were told that they can't give us different room because ”they are full” but when they saw our dissatisfaction suddenly the different room was found... 🙃
The area (Mestre) seems dangerous, full of eastern immigrants. Especially in the night you don't feel safe.

SShayiI recently stayed at Hotel Nazionale with my friend, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The buffet breakfast was incredibly complete, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The hotel's location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and only 4 minutes walking from the train station. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant, and I highly recommend Hotel Nazionale to anyone visiting the Venice!

GGuest UserIt was a nice experience overall. There is a €3.60 city tax per person per night that's added on and can only be paid in cash which was inconvenient. There is tea/coffee provided in the room, however, they also charge to refill them if you use any. Breakfast is an extra €5 per person and breakfast lasts less than 3 hours (7am-9:45am) which is a bit inconvenient if you want to sleep in or if you have to get up early. The desk staff is moderately friendly. When we first arrived they weren't too friendly but the evening and check out attendants were nicer. The room is pretty small and really only enough room to eat around the perimeter of the bed. The bathroom is decently sized, however, the shower didn't have a door so water pools out onto the floor unless you huddle close to the shower head and even then... The TV is very small and not easily seen if you are vision impaired. My biggest complaint, however, is how hard the bed was. There's little to no cushion on the mattress. I woke up both mornings I was there and had back and hip pain (I'm 28 yrs old in relatively good physical condition). It is close to sleeping on the floor. There was a closet with a nice amount of space to put our things. There is also am elevator to access the floors which was convenient on days that we walked a ton. The lobby is nice and clean and has some seating areas. We did not explore the bar or breakfast areas. The hotel itself is located near the water bus station for easy access to Venice. It is also on a strip of shops and restaurants. Granted most things on the island of Lido do close early and a lot of them are temporarily closed but still marked as open on Google maps. Plan accordingly and call places ahead of time. I've included pictures of the bathroom which was overall nice, however, I didn't take pictures of the bedroom as it was small and hard to get a good angle.
