I encountered unhelpful behavior from the night staff and a very unwelcoming receptionist during check-in at your hotel. Upon my late arrival, I faced unexpected issues with the guarantee payment, as I was unaware of this new policy. This was my second stay with you (and will be my last due to the poor service). I had to find an ATM late at night to withdraw cash for the €50 guarantee, as the receptionist only responded with, "This is the policy, I can't help you," in a rude manner.

The room dont have air conditionner,so it was hot as hell inside, there is everywhere "rat trap", noise from morning to evening. Its not a real hotel but a social one, there are family who are living there since a year while they are waiting that we found them a house ,or a french Id... i dont recommend this at all. The only thing that i can say is, the team is nice. But thats it

The trash cans in front of the entrance, the fire weapon that goes off (in my case almost every day for 6 nights), the air conditioning in summer will be welcome because we sweat so much that it is hot, so review the duration of replacing bed linen because of the heat, the location of the hotel is well located, the prices are correct, the comfort can be improved, an electrical outlet close to the bed would be nice, the price of parking is not justified in my opinion, the cleaning can do better. But overall it is good, I did not like that the hotel had my vehicle removed for the pound when the location was not prohibited or inconvenient.

Very noisy until the middle of the night. Difficult sleep in these ambient conditions. Lack of discipline by night watchman to impose respect on those who have no awareness of the nighttime noise made.
