This is the worst service I have ever seen. My wife was rush to visit a toilet and ready to pay for it, the receptionist was very bad attitude and giving completely ridiculous answer "we are too full”. Full of what? Toilet? Never seen such a service in the Netherlands. Shame on you !

Perfect place, with history of the locals. Architectural design and history in the back room. The staff was friendly ! Room was clean and spacious . Does not have tea or coffee facilities in the room. Location is superb! Walking distance to train station and of course town centre.

Prima Hotel , goede service en geen geluidsoverlast. Hele mooie ontbijtzaal . lift aanwezig. Het Hotel heeft een restaurant en Bar, waar je lekker kan eten. Ik sliep aan de voorkant maar kon goed slapen zonder geluidsoverlast. Goede prijs , kwaliteit. Ik zou zo weer boeken echt aan te raden en op loopafstand van het treinstation en het Limburgs museum aan de overkant.

Das angebotene Zimmer für 90 Euro war wirklich eine Zumutung. Mit der Größe kann man zwar noch leben, aber die Betten haben wahrscheinlich schon vor 20 Jahren Gäste empfangen. Total durchgelegene Matratzen, schäbige Überdecke, Schieflage beim Umdrehen im Bett (fällt zu einer Seite ab). Im zusammengezimmerten Schrank lagen noch Reste von Papiertüchern der Vorgäste. Fernbedienung Fernseher wurde durch zufälliges Suchen unter dem Bett gefunden. Duschablauf total verrostet. Fenstervorhänge hatten bestimmt schon Besuch von hunderten von Motten (Löcher). Bei hohen Außentemperaturen wird eine Übernachtung zur Qual. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Service freundlich.

+ die gute Lage + die freundlichen Mitarbeiter:innen +/- Frühstück okay Zimmer eine Katastrophe. Alt und abgewohnt. Der Boden ist so fleckig und schmutzig, dass man diesen auf keinen Fall ohne Schuhe betreten kann. Man fühlt sich leider gar nicht wohl im Zimmer - mehr als zum Übernachten nicht geeignet und dafür definitiv zu teuer! Haben 2 Nächte gebucht, sind aber nach einer Nacht abgereist - das Zimmer ging wirklich gar nicht. (Das ganze Hotel ist halt so)

Kleines Hotel mit Brasserie mitten in der Stadt, direkt am Bahnhof. Lage sehr gut, Personal sehr verbindlich. Leider recht abgewohnt: Teppichboden abgenutzt und mit Flecken, Farbe splittert an Türzargen. Zimmer aber sauber. Innenhof zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern. Frühstück normal. Insgesamt etwas überteuert.
