This is the 8th house from the beach! This recently renovated unit is across from the beach block - there are 7 houses on the beach block. There is a partial view of the ocean and boardwalk from the living area. A couple of blocks away, you can enjoy movies on the beach, free concert bands and food trucks - and the weekly Farmers Market at the local church parking lot. This is a 1500 square foot unit which sleeps up to 8 people and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a dining room, living room, full kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, all amenities), laundry room with washer/dryer, air-conditioning units, off-street parking, TVs, DVD player, Wifi, and 4 courtesy beach tags to use. There is a shared deck (both units have access to the deck which has a patio set/BBQ grill to enjoy the nice summer breeze and an outdoor shower) Short walking distance to everything - you can park your car and never get back in it for a week! Ventnor is full of charm & a great family friendly town for your summer vacation. You will love our location in one of the most desirable part of Ventnor. In addition to being steps to the sand dunes, this unit is within walking distance to surf shop, Walgreens, beauty/nail salons, yoga class, church, synagogue restaurants, markets and ice-cream shops. Ride bikes to tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball, pier. The Ventnor City Cultural Art Center is right up the street and has restrooms, showers and a playground for the kids! 5 minute drive to nightlife and casinos. Driving Distance and Day Trips: For the kids: spend a day on rides/pier on the Ocean City Boardwalk or Atlantic City Pier; ride the tram cars in Wildood or take the Cape May Lewe's Ferry to Delaware and shop at their outlet stores tax free! 15 minutes to clean and fun Storybook Land; visit the Atlantic City Aquarium; or Cape May zoo Spend the day sight seeing in New York City and take a train/bus back to Atlantic City.
