Situated 500 meters from the beach lies this beautiful penthouse apartament with beatiful sea and mountain views. Located in a quite and pinturesque private urbanization with gardens, 4 swimming pools, private parking and concierge. It has 155 square meters, 70 of them are a porch and terraces, where the sea breeze makes for a pleasant evenings. It´s independent, very bright and cosy. It consists of an entrance hall, a living-dining room, an independent kitchen, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms ( one with 2 single beds and 1 temporary bed), 2 complete bathrooms, 1 porche and 2 terraces.
