Perfect location: very close to train station but not noisy. Easy walk to the water. Staff: very approachable and helpful. Room: Kitchen very functional. We chose the first floor as there are a lot of stairs. Bed was comfortable. The washroom was spacious, however there appeared to be mold-like substance on the wall near the toilet. Provided: Coupon for breakfast (€14) was delicious. Also was provided with cookies, croissants, jam, tea and coffee in the room. For those that are lactose intolerant or vegan the first shop on the right south of the train station has vegan pesto.
