Played the front 9 holes of the golf course. The course was in pretty poor condition, especially considering the cost of the green fee! Fairways were long, greens were terrible and tee boxes weren’t cut. Not well kept and not worth the price!

This is a nice hotel with very well maintained golfcourse. Nice rooms, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast with one strange thing. Traveling my whole working lives and also being retired, this is the first hotel where the breakfast is paid for, but you have to pay for fresh orange juice extra.

Large resort complex offering golf, spa treatments and choice of swimming pools, with a shuttle bus to the beach, bedroom are large recently refurbished if a bit bland. Limited choice of dinning off season and very limited for an alternative choice of restaurant due to isolated position. Free car parking.

My friend and I were excited to spend a few relaxing days in Puglia and chose this resort with high expectations. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a series of disappointments. First, the hotel staff did not speak a word of English and did not even try to make an effort to communicate with us, making communication very difficult. The service at the hotel restaurant was unprofessional; while I was still eating, a server tried to take my plate away. When I told him I was still eating, he gave me a grumpy stare. Later, the same server obstructed our way as we were leaving. My friend requested Parmesan instead of Burrata on her pasta and was shocked to receive Parmesan in a plastic bag. We expected better, especially in Italy! The food itself was unseasoned and bland. The location is not great either. If you don't have a car, you can't go anywhere, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant for all three nights of our stay. At checkout, we were surprised with an additional charge for beach access. We understand there may be a fee, but it should have been mentioned upon our arrival. We received no explanation and felt deceived. The staff never inquired about our stay and were generally unfriendly. The hotel room, pool, and fitness area were nice, but these positives did not outweigh the numerous negatives. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their staff's behavior and communication.

Very isolated nothing nearby. The restaurant dinner was extremely poor the staff very unobliging Breakfast ok. No help from the hotel to get to the village nearby saying a taxi would be $49 euro to go 2 km. Golf course ok. Room has no soap and they don’t have any to give you water and amenities not replenished Our room was very comfortable and spacious

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT WITH ALL ITS AMENITIES THIS HOTEL COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER. MANY PARTS OF THE PROPERTY ARE UNKEPT, MANAGEMENT POOR, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR TOWELS IF NOT RETURNED AND ROOM TOWELS CHANGED ONLY AFTER 2 DAYS. SERVICE POOR OVERALL AND MANAGEMENT PRESENCE IS NON EXISTENT. THE MANAGER ANGELO DI LORENZO OUT OF SIGHT OUT OF MIND. DOES’NT UNDERSTAND HIS ROLE AND SEEMS NOT TO CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS . THE BEACH COMPANY ULTIMASPIAGGI IS A DISASTER , OVERCROWDED AND THE OWNERS ARE VERY RUDE . THE GOLF COURSE LACKS CARE AND ATTENTION, IT COULD BE SO MUCH BETTER . CLUB HOUSE VERY RUN DOWN .

We had a great time at this Golf Resort & Spa hotel. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Service and hospitality were great. It was a very warm welcoming which made us feeling like coming home. The room was clean and very comfortable. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Golf Club and return was perfect and made it very relaxing to start a nice round of Golf. The team at the Golf Club was also very friendly and welcoming. It was very comfortable that you can book the green fee (and anything else you spent at the Club) on your room. The area around the hotel was very quiet which we enjoyed very much. The village Acaya is 2 min. by car with nice trattorias. For us it was a fantastic week to relax and to play a few rounds of Golf.

We stayed at this property for 7+ days and enyoyed it as a base for exploring the Salento region, foremost Lecce and the coastline. The room was spacious, the area is quiet and yes, you need a car to get around. Breakfast was fine except that the brakfast room is quite large and in the rush hour it can be quite noisy!

Great renovations done to the hotel (have been here 2 years ago) and my biggest hobbies were all catered for: food, service, golf, beach and training. Besides my hobbies the room was perfect, large and comfortable. In particular the large breakfast buffet was a joy and the way Italians still know how to treat you at dinner, not just throw a buffet at you. The course is not easy, lovely challenge.
