A home far from home at the Paradise. Ramon, and Jeff are extremely perfectionists in every detail . The historical, Antic Key West Style building is clean , clean, clean neat and beatified, with perfect grass, colored natural flower pots, cleanest imaginable in all areas , the room , the patio, the pool with several chairs pagoda and modern umbrellas. But then there is also breakfast, great recently brewed coffee, and muffins every morning. In addition to a perfect customer service, great morning highends coffee brew the location surrounds by one of the best ice cream, stores I ever tasted, elegant or almost 100 of cute boutiques , GREAT delicious tasting restaurants or cafes , Waldo's, NINOS, AND THE BEACH, PLEASE... You can say THE ISLANDER INN IN VERO BEACH is the right place for a relaxed family or solo vacation.

I hate writing this and hope it teaches the importance of customer service. We love The Islander and had an amazing experience at Easter, which is why we rebooked in June. Don’t book family gatherings with multiple rooms if it’s an issue. We were told more than once what not to do by Jeffrey than what we could do. It was my Father’s 82nd birthday not Spring Break with a bunch of college kids having a keg party. On the other hand Ramon who worked the afternoon and evening shifts was amazing and very helpful. Maybe he needs to do the training. The resort is perfect and so cute hoping this will get to the right person and used for teaching.

Clean, Comfortable, Friendly Staff, Well-maintained, Excellent morning coffee and muffin service, Location unbeatable steps from great bars, restaurants, public park and beach. Thank you to the staff, esp. Jeff, Greg. Hope to see you again.

Great for a girlfriend's getaway! Very clean and the beds are comfortable. If you get room 26 upstairs front corner overlooking the very front of the inn and the pool, it has lots of light. There is only a black out shade on the inn front side window. It would be an huge asset if the black outs shades would be reinstalled on the pool facing window and door as the street lights and pool light glow all night long. We noticed a black out shade up in an upper cabinet on night 2. Staff is super friendly and gracious. If you come in 2 cars, be prepared to park the 2nd one 1/2 block away behind the inn near the Grind and Grape. Loved being able to use their beach chairs. We will totally stay here again!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Offered water, beach chairs, bicycles and beach towels. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Location is perfect and right in the middle of everything. Coffee in the am with muffins was a nice surprise.

The room was spacious, and the fridge with a freezer compartment was a nice touch. Basic toiletries were provided, which is expected at this price point. However, the room had no window, making it extremely dark—definitely not a place where you’d want to spend time beyond sleeping. On top of that, the ceiling AC was incredibly loud, making it hard to get a good night’s rest. Unlike other rooms, our room didn’t have outdoor seating either. When I mentioned at the front desk that $350 per night for a windowless room seemed unreasonable, the only response I got was: “Sorry, these are the rates around here.” No understanding, no effort to make it right—just a dismissive reply. For this price, I expected much more. If that is the last room, without window, no outdoor seating, they should sell it for less instead of more.
