This is not a 4 star hotel, it's a 40 bug bites hotel.
Location is scary and we felt unsafe arriving at night.
My family all got bug bites from head to toe.
One of the single bed collapse in the middle of the night.
The room is very old and dusty, very dirty!
The wifi did not work.
I can't find any positive things in our stay, so we left as early as we can the next morning.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!

Hotel in a good location, quite convenient, if you have a car, to quickly reach Verona.
I found the structure quite dated, not too well-kept.
The room was spacious, but not too well-kept.
Unfortunately I found the cleaning not adequate, having found hair in various points of the room and in the bathroom.
The parking lot was very full, but it is quite easy to find a place near the entrance.
