Lady Capulet Apartments

We stayed in the Countess apartment and it was truly outstanding. Julia’s communication prior to arrival was excellent, and very helpful. It was also wonderful to be able to arrive at virtually anytime, leave at virtually anytime, and leave our luggage safely for hours. Julia couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment itself surpassed all expectations. Absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom was especially fantastic! (A previous reviewer had said they were concerned about the glass front door. There are secure solid wooden shutters you fasten between the front door and the pavement, so there were no security issues whatsoever.) The complimentary coffee was much appreciated. The bread / cake shop two minutes walk away was also brilliant (closed Sundays ), and the pizza restaurant a one minute walk away was also great. All in all, I can’t recommend this more highly.

The room that we were shown to is on the ground floor with a glass door. Not safe at all. It is also not professional because the owner of the kid is at the reception. Additionally the staircase is troublesome for big luggage handling. There is no food catering in this apartment service too.

The apartment is in the perfect location for the opera and all major tourist sites in Verona. The furnishings were elegant and property was super clean. Air conditioning worked great and the space was very well appointed for three people. Bathroom was large and beautiful. Parking was about a five minute walk and cost us 10 Euros per day. Staff was great in communicating with us prior to arrival and always available for questions and advice. Would have been great to have some creamer for the coffee machine but otherwise everything else was great. The balcony was beautiful - great for morning and evening drinks and people watching.

My husband and i stayed here in May 2023 for 3 nights and the only negative was that we couldn't stay longer!! We stayed in The Duchess apartment which definitely had the WOW FACTOR...it was luxurious, spacious and spotlessly clean. We loved the high vaulted ceiling, the balcony and the decor, it felt very romantic. The location is ideal, quiet yet only a 5-6 minute walk to Piazza Bra. What made our stay here even more special was Arthur. He was in contact with us via email/whatsapp upon booking and on the morning of our arrival. He was really welcoming, friendly and professional. He gave us a map of the city pointing out places to visit, showed us around the apartment and even sent us some restaurant recommendations via WhatsApp. We only saw him when checking in but we felt reassured that should we need him further for anything he was only a phone call/message away. This holiday was our 3rd attempt to get here for my husband's very belated 40th birthday whereby due to a family bereavement and covid we had previously sadly had to cancel twice....the 4 year wait was most definitely worth it and we most certainly hope to return! Thank you Arthur and everyone at Lady Capulet apartments, our stay was simply perfect!!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in the beautiful split level Duchess apartment. Great location in the historic centre of Verona, only 5 minutes walk to the Arena. Absolutely spotless throughout the apartment with lovely decor and very spacious. Extremely comfortable bed and large bathroom with powerful shower. Lovely balcony allowing you to sit outside in the evening in a quiet residential area. The hosts, Julia and Arthur, couldn’t be more helpful with restaurant recommendations or any other requests. Arthur helped us out in storing our luggage as we weren’t departing Verona until the evening. He also booked a taxi for us when we were leaving to go to the station. Nothing too much trouble at all for Arthur & Julia. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Can’t wait to return in the near future.

I’m getting married in Verona tomorrow so it’s a special occasion and the Lady Capulet apartments have only enhanced the experience. The location is on point and the facilities are first class. Everything has been made easy by the attentive team. Polite and accommodating in every way. My family have rented 3 of the apartments and we are all delighted. Thanks to Julia and Arthur for a wonderful stay.
