At first, I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the limited reviews. I wasn't sure whether to choose this one or another 4-star hotel, but in the end, I went with this hotel due to its proximity to the train station (1 km) and better rates. To my surprise, everything was great—the room was a good size and very clean. There's also an elevator to reach the rooms, so you don't have to worry about carrying your luggage up stairs. staff are friendly too , they will recommend you where to visit in Verona.
The downside, however, is that the room's soundproofing isn't very strong. I could hear people running or walking in the corridor outside. Additionally, the room key is a traditional key with a heavy keychain, rather than a key card. But it wasn't a major issue for me, as you can leave the key at the reception. The breakfast was decent for the price.

The hotel's location and the fact that it has a paid car park is really nice. Friendly and helpful service. It would be really nice to have at least one pair of slippers in the room. Too bad the air conditioner looked like it was playing but didn't work. It would also be nice to have a little water as a treat. In 2024, instead of using white sheets under a blanket, having a ready-made quilt, even if simple, may feel more hygienic. I understand having a blanket in an extra room, but using it directly on the bed does not make me happy in terms of my wishes.
