Totally satisfied. The building is easily reachable on foot from the Verona Porta Nuova train station which is about 10 minutes away. It is located in a very quiet residential area (about 30 minutes walk from the historic center) and away from the annoying and typical noises of cities with large tourist influxes. The room, similar to a studio apartment, can boast more than one point in its favour: the continuous availability of the owner, the promptness in the daily change of linen and the impeccable and high level of cleanliness. Not to be missed!

Non comprendo le recensioni così positive dal momento che in questo posto ci siano stati e abbiamo trovato tutt’altro. Prima di tutto l’entrata per accedervi ha la strada rotta e c’era una grossa buca. Non è un posto residenziale e neanche vicinissimo al centro. Lo stabile è senza ascensore e abbiamo dovuto salire le valigie a piedi. Non c’è nessuna accoglienza perché si accede con una chiave riposta in una cassetta e il gestore ti invia giusto il codice per aprirla. La stanza è essenziale, letti piccoli e scomodi, a noi non usciva neanche l’acqua calda dal bidet ma almeno quello c’era. Non mi sento proprio di consigliarlo.
