The kitchen has little equipment, and old, different glasses and cups. Usable, but shoddy. Bed light doesn't work.

A disaster, the room smelled like the kitchen downstairs, the floor was sticky and there were fingerprints everywhere. I have rarely seen such a dirty room! We slept in our clothes and didn't even want to shower in there. A shame for a Swiss hotel!

This is the worst hostel I've ever been to. I really wouldn't recommend it. The room was desolate and dirty, there were several pieces of furniture that were broken (toilet chair, fridge), the water couldn't drain, the floor is scratchy and uncomfortable to walk on, so we only walked in the rooms with shoes, the fridge was also broken... I've never felt so uncomfortable in a hostel as during the days I spent there. The pictures on the website give an unrealistic picture and do NOT correspond to reality at all. In addition, the street was very noisy during the day and at night, so that I had trouble sleeping. The view from the window was a dirty roof terrace. When I reported all these points to the servant, he seemed to be essentially uninterested and then said the boss was on vacation. Worst hostel ever and just plain rude! This is the worst hostel I have ever been to. I would really not recommend it. Les Studios sont sympas et propres faciles d’accès avec tout l’équipement suffisant pour bien s’organiser . La proximité de la gare, du lac et du centre ville avec la place du marché font que c’est un endroit pratique. Hôte accueillant et réactif.
