I had a single room with a sea view which was very pleasant. Comfy bed, tea & coffee making facilities and a mini bar. All the staff are lovely, very helpful. Really nice breakfast, good choice of foods. Only slight niggle was that another guest had an annoying yappy dog.

The reception staff were lovely. The room was small but nice, with a sea view. Poor soundproofing meant a noisy stay. Not made any better as there was an annoying yappy dog staying there! It wasn’t obvious from the hotel website that it’s dog friendly as I would have avoided staying there.

An excellent hotel with a very friendly and professional team! It is very clean and tidy. Comfort and elegance are exceptional! The staff takes care of every single detail, service is very solid. Food is fresh. Strategic and excellent location at the passegiata, close to the seaside and all shops. Class is permanent! Thank you! We wish to meet each other again! Stay healthy! A real find, this place is much better than its formal three star rating suggests. Reception and eating areas nicely designed, light and airy. Our bedroom was fine, super-king size bed, all the usual equipment plus a minibar in the fridge. Buffet breakfast nicely arranged and again above average, with a choice of eating inside or out. Service requests...an extra blanket...a late-night drink at the small bar... no problem. The location is ideal, just across the road from the beach, plus shops and a range of eating places. Not the cheapest stay but good value for money.

This is really an exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated with friendliness ,efficiency and respect. All of the staff at the reception and breakfast restaurant were where extremely helpful. The rooms were well serviced on a daily basis and the bar served excellent drinks. The manager of this hotel who was highly visible in the hotel is to be congratulated on his excellent team. Thank you.

This hotel was lovely. The location was excellent right across from the main promenade. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The lobby was grand and very fancy, on the other hand the room was a bit small and a little dated but was still comfortable and classic. Also the breakfast was very good.

This is a fantastic Hotel for travellers who are LGBTQ+ and for LGBTQ+ travelling couples with kids. The staff is verry friendly. Our big room was always clean. Nice Italian breakfast. Always parkingspots available. Viareggio is beautyfull, so manny things to do. The Hotel is near the beach. Close to manny important sites to visit with in 2hours or by train to go further. Viareggio has manny realy good places to eat/drink and relax. Viareggio is LGBTQ+ friendly. Hotel London is truly a nice Hotel. Its quiet. With good service.

Very kind staff, from the reception to the cleaning staff, super helpful and friendly. Nice and clean structure, excellent parking reservation service directly from the hotel not to mention the location especially during the carnival, they kindly kept our luggage in storage while we enjoyed the super carnival, which despite a bit of rain was beautiful. Bomb breakfast!! Highly recommended
