"Had request an OKU room, i think it is the only OKU room from the hotel, need to inform hotel earlier.
It would be great if hotel can improve or increase more OKU room, had been there for few times and this is the only time i request the OKU room successfully.
If the toilet for OKU, would be suggest to make it spacious because the carer (in my case, is 2 carers) need to move the OKU from point A to point B.
However, hotel service and location is good and definitely will be there again."

"Very spacious, very clean.
Furniture was nice and sturdy, looked new.
Cleaning was impeccable.
We really enjoyed our stay.
The TV was nice and modern with streaming services.
The location was very convenient, lots of shops around.
The washing machine and cutlery were nice and clean.
Only negative was night club sounds can be heard on some nights."

Bottled water was provided daily. The dust from aircon unit got onto the bed though it can clean away.
No elevator though room is at level 2 for my case.

AAnonymous UserThe front desk is nice and helpful, and any questions will be answered positively. Hotel location is also good, very close to the ferry, surrounded by restaurants, duty-free shops. We went on weekends, so there is a morning market, selling fruits, flowers, local food and clothes, etc. I don't know if there are any on weekdays. In short, it is recommended to stay and the price is right.
A good hotel that worth to try, that's all.

The exterior design is beautiful and the name is also high-end, but it may be because of the long history of the hotel, the facilities need to be updated. MmahmudStay for 2 nights here. Room was okay, the AC was good enough to spend the whole nights. The front office staff @ Misha was kind and cheerful. One can find a Mamak shop nearby and prices are affordable. It's a good place to stay here and I will not hesitate to come again if I have a chance to visit Labuan.

AAilyThis is the second time I came here to stay, and I was given the same room. I was disappointed that the bathroom door in the room was broken and still not changed. If you push hard, the whole door will fall off🤦♀️ and the water hose next to the toilet wall fell off last time Yes, I still haven’t changed it this time, I’m a little disappointed, but the location of the hotel is very good, there are many gourmet restaurants nearby, and there are also many snack bars, so eating won’t make you a headache😊

GGuest UserGood place to stay over for short period. Staff unfortunately not very helpful plus she could not speak any English. Rooms were good and surrounding with restaurants and bars as well as massage places etc.. when I went there the map pin pointe at completely wrong location and I had to ask a local when arriving to take me back to town :D. But seems that had been corrected by now .
