Las camas son enormes y el personal que atiende es muy amable y dispuesto. No veo la hora de volver. El mejor hotel de Victoria, te dejan ir gratis a Victoria del agua que queda ahí nomás. El precio lo vale 100%. El personal del spa super dispuesto a cambiar los horarios de los masajes y demás

ESTUVIMOS TRABAJANDO EN EQUIPO Y FUIMOS APOYADOS POR EL EQUIPO INTERNO DEL HOTEL EN TODO MOMENTO. Más de 85 tecnicos de diversas empresas y localidades atendidos de manera muy profesional. Excelente servicio del hotel catering y personal. Probablemente me olvide de algunos pero a Mauricio, Maxi, Nicolas, Chef y todo su equipo Muchas Gracias.

El lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones un 9, cambiaría el hecho de que no se puede apagar la luz del balcón en la habitación y que, si bien hay frigobar y pava electrica, no hay ni vasos ni (por ejemplo) saquitos de te para tomar, la comida del resto es exquisita, la atención del personas es excelente y super amable y las instalaciones ( spa, pileta, gimnasio) son hermosas.

Una experiencia 10 de 10! Todo a destacar: instalaciones, atención, spa, restaurante. Con unas vistas increíbles. Si buscas relajarte es el lugar correcto, ya que los servicios te ayudan a desconectar al 100%. Volvería mil veces. Fácil acceso desde la ruta 11.

Un hotel hermoso, sofisticado y tranquilo a las afueras de Victoria, con un precioso jardín y vista al delta del Paraná. Fuimos con la promo pausa (circuito hídrico + masajes + 1 noche de alojamiento). Excelente la atención de todo el personal, desde la recepción, mozos, y las chicas del spa, muy cálido y amable el ambiente. No había tanta gente en el hotel así que pudimos disfrutar la pileta solos y tranquilos. Lamentablemente el complejo de termas estaba cerrado ese día. La habitación excelente, muy cómoda, lo único que no funcionaba bien el directv y el baño no tenía ventilación. Pero son detalles que no alteraron la calidad de la experiencia. Cenamos ahí también y nos pareció una muy buena relación precio-calidad, buen servicio a la mesa y abundantes platos bien presentados y sabrosos. Podrían agregar más opciones vegetarianas/veganas como recomendación. El desayuno fue muy completo y variado con opciones naturales y saludables y otras más clásicas como facturas, budines y tartas dulces, daban ganas de probar todo. Toda la estética del lugar me pareció muy elegante y cuidada. Lo recomiendo fuertemente!

Hermoso el hotel, super cómoda la habitación con hidromasaje, muy linda la pileta, el desayuno muy completo y variado, el gimnasio bien, muy bueno el masaje descontracturante que me hice en el spa y ademas fui a las termas, todo perfecto, lo recomiendo para una escapada de relax.
