Las camas son enormes y el personal que atiende es muy amable y dispuesto. No veo la hora de volver. El mejor hotel de Victoria, te dejan ir gratis a Victoria del agua que queda ahí nomás. El precio lo vale 100%. El personal del spa super dispuesto a cambiar los horarios de los masajes y demás

El lugar cuenta con una vista hacia el horizonte que ya desde el minuto 1 te transmite paz, la calidad humana de todos los chicos del hotel hace que te sientas como en casa. Las habitaciones hermosas, cómodas y súper equipadas. El spa es lo mejor! Sin dudas recomendaremos y volveremos.

El hotel es muy confortable y con pocas habitaciones, por lo que es ideal para pasar unos días en tranquilidad y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Muy buenas vistas, espacio exterior, piscina y SPA. La comida del restaurante es buenísima, sin dudas volvería

La estadía estuvo muy bien, tanto en comodidades como en la atención de todo el personal, punto destacado en la gastronomía, si bien no es un menu muy amplio, los platos que ofrecen son buenos. Daria algo mas de mantenimiento general y colocaría algún resguardo en el estacionamiento

Caro para lo que ofrecen ! Muy chica la pileta y las instalaciones del hotel poco mantenimiento, el parque es inmenso y el atardecer soñado, las termas con poco mantenimiento agua sucia y mucha gente, mucha gente mucha gente !! Cero recomendable

Estamos muy agradecidos con el personal, ya que hicimos la reserva y por cuestiones de salud no pudimos ir la fecha reservada, fueron muy amables y me reprogramaron la estadia 2 veces sin costo adicional, por que entendieron la situacion, lo valoramos mucho. La estadia en el hotel fue de lo mejor, el personal muy amable todos, el ambiente es muy tranquilo para desconecta. La gastronomia es muy buena, sofisticada y abundante. Lo mejor de nuestra estadia fueron los masajes!

Excelente para unos días de relax. El hotel está alejado del casco urbano a pocos metros del parque termal hacia el cual vas caminando , mucho verde para caminar y relajar . Un servicio de spa excelente! La amabilidad del personal es de destacar , los atardeceres son postales . El servicio del restaurante es Gourmet
