From the moment i entered the Reception area, i felt like i was a part of the Batonka Guest Lodge Family! the staff was professional, welcoming, helpful, & friendly. the grounds of the lodge were well kept! my accommodation was first class! your stay at Batonka Guest Lodge will be unforgettable!

Omg this place is amazing the most comfortable beds pillows food OMG AMAZING THE BIGGEST BATH EVER LOVED IT the people can’t do enough for you we didn’t even lock our door of a night felt so safe what an amazing place & the PEOPLE THE BEST MADE OUR TRIP STAY SO WONDERFUL WE ARE FROM SUNSHINE COAST QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIA & would highly recommend this place 10 star all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic hotel on beautiful well maintained grounds. Spacious rooms with both a large walk in shower and separate bath tub for soaking. Friendly and helpful staff. The included breakfast was more than the typical buffet you usually receive since it also had a menu with waiter service. Both the lunch and dinner menus were reasonably priced , including the drink menu. The 2 pool areas were great.

Upon arrival the receptionist sits down with you and explain the lodge and various trips in the area. Great food and rooms. Very nice, kind and helpful staff. Free tea/ coffee with snacks in the afternoon.

Just returned after spending four fantastic nights in this amazing accommodation. Batanka lodge in Victoria falls went beyond our expectations. Clean, friendly staff, good food and very reasonable priced. Walking distance of about 20mins to the actual Victoria falls itself. The grounds nd pool area were perfect and peaceful for relaxing after a days touring. A big tank you to Glaydis, Sarah in reception and to all the staff in Batonga.

Very impressed with our stay at the lodge, the rooms are very generous in size, the shower the largest I have seen, the main building is very elegant, our hosts Loyd & Megan very friendly & catered to our every need. The dining staff couldn't be more helpful.

Lovely staff and friendly bar Man, excellently kept gardens and refreshing pool to cool off in. The location is good too with a short walk into town. It felt homely and the owner would make effort to interact with all the residents. I would book again for sure’
