We had a glitch on the first day with a sliding-glass door not locking, but they tried to fix and then moved me to another room after I'd already unpacked. Not a fun start, but the rest of the trip was great. The lobby staff are very friendly and helped me arrange several rides with some great drivers. The food was quite good, the bar staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spotless and well-appointed. The place felt safe for a solo woman traveler.

Amazing place, amazing staff and great food. Located close to Vic falls. Well maintained facility. Neat and extremely clean and the staff are super supportive. Loved this place. Given a chance i will surely return to this amazing lodge. Hats off to the management.

A beautiful lodge in Victoria Falls. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable, large and good showers and good beds. Conveniently located to visit the falls (short ride). Staff is very friendly. Good restaurant on premises! Breakfast is very good as well.

As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by the lovely staff from the lodge. Everyone has been so helpful from the beginning until the end. We wanted to stay longer than 2 nights at the end. Shalom, from the reception has been bent over backward to make sure our stay in Victoria falls being special. Thank you and all the Shongwe lookout staff.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The rooms were big and clean and there was a lovely pool to relax in after you had your tours. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They booked all our trips that we needed and organised taxi for us. The lookout tower is great to see the sunset
