Lokuthula Lodges share the grounds with the Victoria Falls Safari Hotel, the grounds are immaculate kept spacious with warthogs, bushbucks, monkeys etc. freely wandering around. Some evenings we ate evening meals in the restaurant and most evenings used the terraced bar overlooking the watering hole. Perfect for sunsets. Both were first class in terms of quality and service. It is worth remembering that the lodges are not the Safari Hotel. The lodges have been designed for self catering often family stays and as such they do lack refinement. In all honesty the lodge we stayed at really needs a complete makeover, many of the electric sockets did not work, internet connectivity is poor and lighting in room needs improving. This should not read as too negative as after all you do not come to Victoria Falls to stay inside your your lodge for hours, we were up very early and came back happily worn out. Breakfast is served at the Boma Cafe in the grounds separate from the hotel. Amazing breakfast set you up for the day. We had a great time, every single member of staff across the whole site were excellent and friendly.
