My Experience at A’Zambezi was really amazing. I felt at home and the place is very beautiful. The staff members are very helpful, polite and friendly. I can write an almost essay about their good services. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located a few hundred meters away from the business district, there is a small parking lot, and breakfast can be ordered in addition to regular food. The environment in the hotel is beautiful. As long as you are willing, you can make contact with animals without any distance. The hotel has rich functional areas and is clearly divided.

Despite the price was a tad steep, everything was excellent during our trip. The driver of free shuttle service was so attentive to introduce each stop snd reminded the pick up time on our way to Victoria Falls. Room itself was small yet clean with spectacular waterhole view. Shortfall was our room was too far from the waterhole itself. Nonetheless their service and breakfast were of top notch and view from the restaurant was unbeatable. What a mesmerizing stay!

我們在xc上預訂，7月4日入住。當天從約翰內斯堡飛抵維多利亞瀑布城，津巴布韋的消費不便宜，從機場到旅館的出租車，收了我們30美金。旅館女主人很熱情，我們到旅館後，就派車送我們去維多利亞瀑布，用車當然是收費的，但司機一直等到天黑，我們游完瀑布後接我們回旅館。晚餐在旅館用的餐，用晚餐後又派車送我們去住宿地，不知這個住宿地是不是女主人的分店？用晚餐時，巧遇一位新加坡籍華人，她用中英文解決了我們與旅館之間對話的麻煩，否則使用翻譯機交流還是很費勁。新加坡女士幫我們溝通好了第二天去博茨瓦納的交通工具，酒店派人派車送我們去博茨瓦納的卡薩內，過境不用換車、不用倒騰行李，也不用對方來邊境接我們，一步到位，送我們到卡薩內的入住酒店。當然，收費挺貴，每人50美金，想想人生地不熟，這筆費用我們認了。第二天用好早餐，司機準時來接我們，我們臨時提出想去看看維多利亞瀑布大橋，酒店方非常寬容，沒有另外收費。總的感覺，在津巴布韋，有什麼想法、有什麼需求，衹要向酒店提出，衹要肯花美金，什麼都不是問題。 最後説説我們的住宿地，平房，房間佈置一般，不怎麼講究，門前是長廊，可休息聊天，院子挺大，有游泳池。房間有wifi，但網速不快。

The facilities are so-so, but the service is very poor. On the morning of check-out, I was still having breakfast at 9 am, and a male waiter came and said that your room needs to be checked out at 10 o'clock. His attitude was very stiff. Then, without confirming with me, he called a car to the airport for us? Very lack of training and courtesy. Overall score: 2/5. Very poor.
