Day 3 &4 of our Malta holiday…The Carob Tree, lived up to our expectations. Located in a quiet beautiful rural setting, 20 min pleasant walk to Victoria, it was a perfect base for our tour of Gozo. Mathew ,our host was supper and could not do anything more for us. Would recommend others to follow ..

I’ll keep it short & sweet. Amazing accommodation, location, amenities, cleanliness & hosts! We stayed for half our Malta trip and wish we had stayed for the full trip! There is nothing bad to say about it. From early check in, to late check out, Matthew and Clementa were so accommodating. Don’t stay anywhere else in Gozo!

We loved our stay at The Carob Tree. The house is spotlessly clean and everything has been thought of. Breakfast was great, with tea, coffee and water available whenever you want through the day. The pool is lovely too, with pool towels provided. There’s also an honesty bar for wine and beer etc, which was really handy. Matthew and Clementa couldn’t have been more helpful, and assisted with restaurant recommendations, hire cars, ferry advice, parking wisdom and more! They work very hard and have created a special place to stay.

We had a 3 night stay at The Carob Tree. Everything was spotlessly clean, breakfast was lovely. Matthew and Clementa were very helpful. Matthew’s helped us plan our days and we enjoyed every recommendation. We wish we could have stayed longer and will be back.

Very clean, modern and spacious rooms with nice garden and pool - just like the pictures!
We especially enjoyed the kind hospitality by Matthew and Clementa, their great tips around Gozo and their delicious breakfast every morning.
Also good parking opportunities.

This place is a true gem. Well kept and cared for, truly a lovely stay. Felt welcome and at home from the get-go. The room and entire b&b is clean and stylishly finished, breakfast is great. Highly recommend anyone going to Gozo to stay here. Well done, and keep it up!

Wonderful stay at the Carob Tree, a 20 minute walk to Victoria. Beautiful property. Host was lovely and never stopped smiling. Very attentive to the needs of all guests.

Beautiful property located within walking distance of Victoria. A real oasis of peace and calm. Matthew and Clementa were so welcoming and offered great advice on walks, restaurants and sights. We based ourselves here and were able to complete most of the Gozo coastal walks. Good public transport. Would highly recommend.
