Stayed here for a week and frankly it’s not 4 star - it’s tired and it was difficult to get a hot shower as the temperature fluctuated badly. As for food, avoid the half board as our group named the hotel - Hotel Tepid, as getting anything hot, including the shower was virtually impossible. Beds were fine and the hotel was far too warm - so I cannot recommend and I wouldn’t stay again.

Were at the hotel twice for one night during a trek in the area. The hotel is nice and the staff friendly. The rooms have everything you need and have a fair size. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. So all fine... But don't book half board! The dinner "buffet" was worse than the worse school canteen meal we can remember. Poor choice and badly - overcooked - hot food. Luckily there was a salad buffet and bread.

Cada rincón del hotel refleja el cariño y el esfuerzo que pone todo el equipo para que cada estancia sea especial. Las instalaciones son muy completas y cubren las necesidades para cualquier huésped: amplio y acogedor hall con mesa de billar, cafetería snack, restaurante buffet y spa con piscina climatizada... no le falta detalle.!!! El desayuno buffet muy completo, lo necesario para coger fuerzas para un largo día de paseos por la montaña, gran variedad de productos y surtido de productos locales (quesos, embutidos, dulces...) Y qué decir del personal, súper amables y muy pendientes de los huéspedes, especial mención al equipo de restaurante y recepción y a sus responsables Estrella y Pablo, un 10 para ellos por el trato que nos dieron. Sin duda un destino para repetir.!!!!

Hotel súper centrico con vistas increíbles a las montañas nevadas! Nada mas llegar me atendió Caroline, muy amable, dulce y profesional, enseguida salieron a saludar el Subdirector y el Jefe de recepción!! Me encantó esa calidad bienvenida, típica del standard de Meliá! En el desayuno y en la cena se agradecía la profesionalidad, rapidez y la simpatía de Patrick, Miguel, Mar y Antonio!! Muy muy amables todos! Agradezco también el upgrade a platinum a la suite duplex, en la que no faltaba nada, había todas las amenities, limpia y muy confortable!! Por la tarde me encantó la chimenea encendida y el servicio de café y merienda en el bar!! Sin duda una gran estancia, volveré pronto!! Todo perfecto también en el check out con Germán, el chico Argentino, gran profesional y súper simpático con el que compartimos algunas anécdotas!! Gracias!

La noche la pasamos fatal, hacía una calor inaguantable en la habitación, ni con la ventana abierta y el termostato no funciona, es climatización de la planta en general. El desayuno no te sirve, porque hay mucha variedad, pero muy mala calidad. No sé si todos los Melià son así... Lo único que se salva del hotel es Caroline de recepción, una atención excelente.
