Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The location is very convenient. It is next to the Sacher Hotel and a short walk to the famous brand street. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious and rich. The location is so good that you can walk to all the attractions except Schönbrunn Palace. Note that it is all the attractions because I walked there. You can also walk a few steps from the hotel to the subway station to take the subway to the East Station to take the train to Hallstatt. If I must find fault, it is that the room key is a bit big

the location is great! the food is excellent. the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, all the corners and by the bed are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, I had to argue and count the days with the cleaning supervisor so that the bed linen was changed once in 6 nights (they have one every three days). lamps are streaked and stained. When checking in, there was someone else's map of the city with personal notes in the room. I won't be back again.

I really enjoyed staying here for a one night stay. It is out of town but easily accessible with the metro (U3 at a 10 minute walk), bus and tram right outside the hotel. The decor is retro but clean and some nice touches like a bottle of local water in the room. All of the staff I came across were very helpful as well. Overall no complaints at all would recommend for a trip to Vienna

The hotel is just next to train station. I have requested to refill the water during my stay but I never received. The cleaner also not refill teabags. This is quite disappointed. Overall, the stay was comfortable and we had good rest.

Conveniently located hotel that’s almost connected to Wien hbf. So very convenient for rail connections. Hotel is nice, staff is helpful and they have a decent bar/coworking space. My main grievance with the hotel is the 100% self check in. Traveling from overseas Im exhausted and their computer defaults to German every page and there’s an exhausting amount of info to enter. Info that should populate with your reservation. Maybe add online check in to ease the process?

You're in the centre and at €8.40 for a pass valid for 24 hours (not a day pass) gteat value. Rooms are very clean with daily cleaning if required. Amenities include Coffee maker Fridge TV Shower (with shower gel provided) Bedside reading lights Sockets for charging Hotel Ipad in room with all the info about hotel Room service Wardrobe Coat hangers Air-conditioning Breakfast Served from 6.30 till 10.30 Massive choice, including Fresh bread, many varieties Cold meats, many varieties Yogurts Cheese, many varieties Hot bacon Scrambled eggs (personally my favourite) Hard boiled eggs Many salad choices And much more. Bar was very popular in the evening, and many guests used the facility very reasonably priced. Check out before midday and the option to leave luggage at no extra cost. Definitely stay here again when visiting Vienna
