還可以，在維也納算比較實惠。房間挺大設施很新但如果碰到問題就有些麻煩，聯繫不到。其他都還可以。

酒店地點和客房設施都很好，小陽臺和空調配置更是超級棒！自助入住操作流程也不錯。建議房間內放一張各種電器的使用說明書，這樣可以避免客人入主后不必要的困惑，如果能夠改進，下次來維也納還會選擇Numa Terra

酒店非常乾，房間內設施足夠，甚至有洗碗碟機非常加分，床褥非常舒服，唯獨枕頭有點軟，整體房間令人舒適，窗戶可以觀賞日出，雖然酒店沒有特別設施，但行李免費寄存及房間內豐富的設施已經足夠，入住非常簡單👍🏻甚至能夠提早入住🎉

Numa Vienna turned out to be really good with everything that I was looking for including laundry in the apartment . Just be careful with the laundry cycle as we had one running for 8 hours :(
The staff was helpful and there was safe luggage storage which we desperately needed .
Overall Numa does not disappoint and we would definitely look for Numa wherever we go .

The flat was spacious and clean and comfortable. Location near Mariahilfer Strasse was excellent. They also offer lockers for luggage if arriving early or leaving late. They provide dishwashing and laudry washing pods if the flat has those amenities, but not toilet paper enough for the entire stay if you stay several days. Also, if one has issues (our dishwasher did not work first), you end up chatting first with a chatbot, which is tedious.

The location was great. The communication was prompt and staff were kind. The place was pacious for our family of 4 and had everything we needed.
