Close to subway and tram, about 3 mins walk with excellent communications to Vienna city center. The surrounding area is a bit shady and dark but there is a couple of supermarkets close by and there is a gas station across the street from the hotel. Quiet place, and no disturbance from traffic. Breakfast is good but not great, but they make omelette by order :). Check in advance the receptions hours upon leaving if you need luggage storage. We experienced that the hotel closed at lunch due to holiday celebration so we had to find a luggage storage downtown due to late flight. However, a price worthy hotel. The restaurant was closed for new years and the reception bar was closed during the evening since the reception closed early.

It was an utilitarian dorm room experience. The beds were low, there was no decoration, the king size bed was split into 2 twin beds. There was one pillow and one blanket. The carpet was old and the towels were hard. The television had no English channels. They did have good hot water and decent light complimentary breakfast. It is approximately 7 minutes to get to the subway system but it is a dark walk at night. It was booked through Travelzoo and was disappointing.

Our room on the top floor was spacious and clean. The room has air condition, but due to the quiet location in the backyard, we preferred to open the windows instead, which is a luxury in a big city. I liked the separate bathroom/toilet room solution. Good breakfast, you can get eggs and omelettes freshly made. Close to public transport (underground and tram). Easily reached from the airport with airport train and underground line 4.

Zum ersten Mal in Wien!!! Unser Hotel ist eine ehemalige alte Wäschefabrik " Hotel Fabrik"! Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß mit Dusche und was halt so da reingehört. Zimmer ist sauber und wird auch täglich gereinigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstücks Büfett wird mit viel Liebe angerichtet. Vom Hotel aus einen Steinwurf entfernt die U-Bahn ,mit der man äußerst schnell nach Wien-City kommt. Zum Naschmarkt ist es 1 Station mit der U-4 von Margaretengürtel Wir kommen wieder in dieses Hotel und natürlich nach Wien.

Was macht man während einer Dienstreise vor dem Schlafengehen? z.B. Fernsehen. Das Hotel ist super, die Zimmer Komfortabel, aber zum Fernsehen steht tatsächlich nur ein "Küchenstuhl" zur Verfügung. Junge Leute können sich auch ins Bett legen aber mein Nacken macht das nicht mehr mit. Frühstück ist OK, die Kaffeemaschine ist (vor Allem für österreichische Verhältnisse) unzweckmäßig. Personal freundlich, Lage top - und durch die Hof-Lage ruhig. Gastronomie sehr gut. Parkplatz mit € 19 überteuert.

冬の夜、ウイーン市内の観劇から戻ると入口が施錠されている。開け方をレクチャーされていなかったので焦りました。偶々建物中庭にご近所の方がいて、助けていただいて開けることができました。夜間入口が閉まるホテルでは、たいていレセプションの方が実際に入口まで連れて行ってくれて丁寧に開け方を教えてくれるものですが、チェックイン時間 全く説明なし。チェックアウトの際にレセプション担当者(オーナーさん？)に、夜入口を開けられなくて困ったことと、偶々居合わせたご近所のご婦人に助けていただいてドアを開けられたこと を話しましたが、面倒くさそうに「OK、OK」で終わり。改善されないのでしょうね。 客室、朝食、朝食担当の方が良かっただけに、残念。

Zum dritten Mal in Wien und immer noch zu empfehlen Sehr ruhige Lage obwohl direkt am Gürtel. Gute U-Bahn Anbindung. Das Frühstück ist besonders zu erwähnen. Sehr gut. Der Service hat sich in den letzten Jahren noch verbessert.

Schönes, sehr sauberes und ruhiges zum Innenhof gelegenes Zimmer. Modernes Bad mit offener Dusche und ein separates Wc. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Frühstück hervorragend, auf Sonderwünsche wird immer eingegangen. Hervorzuheben ist das leckere Rührei. Kaffe schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Viele verschiedene Obstsorten werden gereicht. Die Gläser für Wasser und Saft dürften gerne größer sein. Schon viermal dort gewesen und ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher
