It’s good hotel but definitely not 5 stars
Good style and furniture. But we asked for a kettle and we’ve got it without cups and tea
No hair conditioner. Be ready that your shower is almost in your room
And gym is tiny and not good equipped

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Poor facilities, bad customer service. Avoid at all costs.
The room itself was really disappointing. The windows were facing high walls on 3 sides and let in very little natural light. The mattress was low quality causing my wife and I to wake up with back pain every day. There was no closet; we had nowhere to put our things for 3 days. I've never seen a hotel room without a closet. The gym had very little equipment and was missing most of the free weights you would need for a workout. There isn't even a bench where you could use them.
The level of service from the frontdesk staff was even more disappointing. I raised my concerns about the room the first day; they were unhelpful and nonresponsive. No attempts were made to solve our issues. During our stay, we asked for basic advice for the city (for example, where to buy flowers). We were given incorrect and unhelpful information; it was just lazy. We ended up solving our question ourselves using Google.
In a city of great beauty and wonderful service, Grand Ferdinand delivers nothing. Stay elsewhere.
