Hotel Viktoria Schönbrunn

The building where the hotel is located is more than 100 years old and has about 30 rooms. The room is clean and the facilities are OK, but the bathroom is a bit small. The room has a small balcony where you can enjoy the scenery outside. The breakfast seems to be 15 euros, very simple, it is better to eat outside. The hotel is very close to Schönbrunn Palace and there is no problem walking. The front desk is a white-haired old lady, and there are other staff with a good attitude. It cost 64 euros to take a taxi from Vienna Airport, but when checking out, the front desk helped to call a taxi to the airport, and the cost was only 36 euros 😂😂

Too small, the sheets are shabby

Unforgettable 5 days in Vienna. We stayed at the Victoria Hotel and were very pleased with our choice. We were met by Larisa Yurievna, a wonderful, intelligent woman. My husband and I had a big date and upon registration we were given champagne and it was very nice. Excellent location of the hotel. Metro U4 is just 3 minutes, Schönbrunn Palace is 7 minutes. The room was very cozy and overlooked a small park where the linden tree was in bloom - the smell was enchanting. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, slept comfortably in the fall. The rooms are clean, everything you need is there, cleaning and towels are changed daily, bed linen is of high quality. The bathroom has everything you need, a very convenient hairdryer. I liked that there was a strong pressure of hot water. "Victoria" 3***, but according to some criteria it is not inferior to 4**** hotels. Svetlana advised us on a tour along the Danube to Bratislava and we are very grateful to her. Responsive Tatiana and Marina. We were here for a weekend and chose the hotel because it is close to my relatives who live in Schönbrunn. The house has charm and was OK for a three-star hotel. The room was clean, the bathroom was OK too. Unfortunately the room was cold and you couldn't turn up the heating because there was no way to do so. For €138 per night I would have liked a bit more warmth. Breakfast costs an extra €12 per person.

Reception praticamente inesistente. Accoglienza scortese (abbiamo chiesto di vedere la camera alla richiesta di pagamento anticipato e ci è stato risposto che non c'erano altre opzioni e quindi saremmo stati liberi di andarcene). Siamo rimasti perché la camera sembrava accettabile. Abbiamo trovato il bollitore con l'acqua dei precedenti ospiti, sotto i letti la pulizia era insufficiente (3 Fazzoletti usati, 1 lipstick e 1 esca per insetti). Il Bagnoschiuma a disposizione veniva diluito invece che rabboccato. Colazione insufficiente servita in un seminterrato a 15€ a persona. Unica nota positiva la posizione tranquilla e vicino a ristoranti e mezzi pubblici. Non capisco perché abbia tante recensioni positive.
