This place is the definition of average: the location is average (a bit away from the centre, in a kind of shabby street, but public transport is close), the apartment is average (no dishwasher, no iron, a rather lax approach to cleanliness, but liveable for a couple of nights). Comfortable self check in and out, but nothing beyond that. Expensive parking. Personally I will look for something above average next time.

I booked this apartment for myself, my husband and a friend. The apartment is not EXACTLY in the centre, but only a stone's throw away. You can either walk through the park or take the tram (2 minutes walk from the accommodation). A good starting point for exploring Vienna. Check-in and check-out were well signposted and went smoothly. The apartment was as stated. We also booked an underground parking space, which I would recommend. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. What is particularly worth mentioning is that we were able to be reached by telephone if we had any questions. We still received a prompt call back when we made an inquiry outside of these hours - great. What we didn't like: Overall, the apartment is very noisy and could be better equipped with a few little things - e.g. spices (salt/pepper) and sugar for the kitchen. An oven would also be great. There were 3 TVs in the apartment, but only 2 remote controls and ONLY one with batteries.
