Olde world look with modern amenities.
Good price for the location & quality amenities - easy walk to Rennweg station (for the airport) & Belvedere palace & tram just down the street to get into the old town & Rathouse. Good location for getting to all the Christmas markets (get a 24 hr transport pass from the train station).
Only issue was that the room was super hot. They sent someone to look at it & it was better the second night but could have been cooler.

Perfect location, especially easy access to the Vienna airport which takes only 20 minutes. Walking distance to the city centre.
Big rooms with spacious toilet, and perfect room temperature.
Very friendly staff both at the reception and room service( shoutout to the kind Bulgarian lady for our room service)
Delicious varied breakfast buffet!
The only things that could improve is the gym equipment, a few weights and/or kettlebells would be a lot more helpful.
Also, adding a separate bin for papers in the rooms helps with recycling.
Overall, I totally recommend this hotel

Everything is good except the temperature in the room is too cold and that was the maximum warm but at least they offer me an extra blankets.

I chose this hotel more by accident than planning but I was so very pleased when we arrived. The location is great as it is within short walks to busses, trams and trains. The receptionists are super helpful to explain how to get to different places.
Our room was a fantastic size with a super comfortable bed.
The bathroom was lovey and warm and had everything we needed.
I love the fact the hotel works towards being eco friendly and we chose not to have a daily clean to help with this.
I would highly recommend anyone to book a stay here. We’ll certainly come back.

All was very neat and clean. We have really appreciated our room, which was equipped with all necessary.
Just a point, breakfast was too expensive, just a few less would be correct value for money.
All in all, a good stay.

Spacious rooms that are clean and have all that you would expect. Not the best service at reception - it wouldn’t hurt the staff to smile and be a bit more friendly! Would have loved a better gym!
