A well managed hostel with helpful receptionist and it’s a very big hostel. Very close to the Main Train Station of Vienna, but you need to take another public transport to go to the central city. It has very cozy common rooms in the reception area, even you could chill and even work for a whole day.

Located very nicely, right next to the station when arriving from the airport and close to the city centre (very much in the walking vicinity). The hotel isn't the closest, but it does the job, and gives a great run for it's money.

Entire hotel had a bad odor, stains and hair all over my bed. I understand this may be common for a hostel, but I had booked a single room. Tried to request a refund but was denied. Not satisfied.

Arriving in the hotel was easy and having a smooth checking in. The room was clean and tidy. There were not tea/coffee in the room but you could take in the lobby. The breakfast was good.

The room is tidy and clean. Staffs at reception is fun and energetic. Still, sound insulation is poor that you can easily hear people running and laughing along the corridors at night. Early checkin was said to be allowed if you request it 24h before checkin. Shampoo and body wash is provided in bathroom. There are snacks and coffee provided in common area with reasonable price. The hotel is even located at walkable distance with hot scenic spots. In general, it worth for a short stay.
