This hotel was mediocre at best, the guy at the front desk was friendly but very passive aggressive. He did a good job of introducing us to public transportation in Vienna, but that’s where the good ends. The room was clean when we arrived but the shower doors were not set correctly which caused a large amount of flooding in the bathroom. The tile around the shower was very slick and the water was nearly impossible to see, I slipped and fell and hurt my hip, my clothes were soaked. Luckily I’m a young person and had no injuries but an elder or older person would have been seriously injured. The trim finishing around the walls was peeling, not enough towels, blankets or pillows for 2 people which we had specifically mentioned upon booking. The parking was through a very tight corridor and as an experienced driver anybody in an SUV would have a challenge accessing the parking. We were in a compact sedan and still had to fold our mirrors in to avoid collision. Service was mediocre. The guy at the front desk is only there for a short amount of time and had no recommendations on local eateries or entertainment. For the price I would expect a lot better. I had much better experiences in other parts of Austria. Overall this soured my perspective on the city on Vienna and I will not be returning to this hotel or city. The next day almost all businesses were closed till 10-11 am. The WiFi/reception was poor. Overall not a good experience.

Large bright room with fully equipped kitchen (basically a mini apartment), good large and comfortable bed. Excellent free internal garage. The manager was friendly and gave us a map for getting around and the location was good for getting around by public transport.
