We stayed 4 nights in the hotel around Christmas (the Rockstar bedroom). We arrived around 19h. There was no reception but a system to get the key to our place. We were surprised to find an appartement (no kitchen) and not an hotel as mentionned on the name. The place itself was big (living room, bedroom, large bathroom). Location is not so far from the city center but you still have to walk like 20-25min. Breakfast Is served the evening before and left inside if you are not there. Poor quantity and quality, specially the first morning. We called right away to complain and someone was supposed to come and change the moldy cheese but no one came in the end. The following days we had a little bit more but nothing like seen on the hotel pictures. In general, the place was not so clean either (the bathroom radiator was super dusty, the couch was super filthy and with suspicious stains. Bedroom was okay except for the pillows that looked quite old and were not comfortable at all.

Very bad experience: very dirty (the kettle stank horribly and we found trash of the previous guests behind the tv), very umcomfortable bed squeezed against a wall, loud bath fan, bed lamp didn't work, none to welcomed me. Yes, it's central, but it's awful too.

Le foto delle stanze non rispecchiano la realtà! Si parla di “divano letto” ma in realtà di letto non hanno proprio nulla. Tende rotte. Reception inesistente, infatti per chiedere info siamo stati costretti a contattare il servizio clienti. La facciata della struttura è fatiscente, con porte che neanche sono agganciate bene al muro.

Un appart hôtel très sympa et de bonne qualité prix. Très propre, composé de 3 espaces séparés, salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle, grand lit confortable. Petit déjeuner en chambre : plateau quantité et variété.Rue calme sans bruit durant la nuit. Proche de tous les transports en commun. Qq restaurants dans le quartier dont un coréen exceptionnel. Hôtel à retenir.

Ho prenotato una stanza di 35 mq. me ne hanno assegnata una molto piccola ,sporca, ubicata a livello della strada. Aprendo la finestra quasi si poteva toccare la macchina parcheggiata. Tende rotte, tavolo sudicio, scarico doccia non funzionante. Mi sono recato alla reception ho chiesto spiegazioni non me ne hanno date. Ho contattato l'assistenza clienti Booking e solo dopo il loro intervento mi è stato proposto un rimborso parziale. La facciata della struttura è fatiscente, non è un Hotel bensì un b&b. La colazione viene servita in camera, l'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione. Da evitare.

3 notti in questo hotel situato a poco più di 1 km a piedi dal centro. Stanza molto ampia e pulita, gentilezza alla reception e nei servizi. Colazione estremamente abbondante in camera (si riescono a fare bei panini x il pranzo...) anche se manca il latte... Rapporto qualità prezzo buona. Consigliato
