the location is great! the food is excellent. the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, all the corners and by the bed are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, I had to argue and count the days with the cleaning supervisor so that the bed linen was changed once in 6 nights (they have one every three days). lamps are streaked and stained. When checking in, there was someone else's map of the city with personal notes in the room. I won't be back again.

The hotel location is wonderful, and the staff is excellent. However, the room could benefit from new furniture, as the bed frame and bed appear quite old. The room's color scheme also feels outdated. Additionally, while the exterior of the hotel is currently yellow, a fresh and modern color design might enhance its appearance.

During my recent 5-day, 4-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, I was consistently delighted by the hotel's embodiment of classic elegance. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was surrounded by refined opulence. The room was impeccably appointed, with plush furnishings and a marble bathroom that exuded luxury. Yet, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. This attentiveness made my stay truly memorable and solidified the Ritz-Carlton's reputation as a leader in hospitality.

Very good hotel, from the concierge at the entrance to the front desk to check in, they are very warm and even gave two chocolates. The windows in the room are also very cute, and the curtains are very warm. If you want to buy a cruise ticket, you can do it at the tourist counter next to the front desk on the first floor, which is very convenient! It is also close to walk to the Golden Hall to listen to concerts. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the pedestrian street.

Due to the visa appointment time, I chose to enter Austria to apply for a Schengen visa and stay at the Vienna Imperial Hotel, a well-established Austrian State Guesthouse. The buffet selection is not particularly large. There is also a menu for ordering hot dishes and hot drinks. The overall taste is good.

It is a historic hotel. You can see the street view when you open the window. When you check in, you can reserve a spot in the cafe with the front desk. You can go directly to the cafe according to the time and taste the delicious Sachertorte. Worth staying

The stay was good, except that the breakfast was a little monotonous. The location is very good, it is very convenient to go everywhere, and the nearby attractions are also very good. You can reach them on foot. The room is also very clean.

The rooms are clean and quiet. The staff are polite and helpful. A friend checked in at 7 a.m. was given room right away with no extra charge. The breakfast, a little pricey (€17), has a decent selection. The waiters are attentive.

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the very center, all attractions are within walking distance. I was upset that on the day of arrival I was given a very small room with a view of the wall. The next day the room was changed to a larger and bright one overlooking the church. But the residue remained. Breakfast is ordinary, no frills, but there is a choice.
