Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

We spent 3 nights here and we were happy with our stay. The check-in was quick and the room was spacious as expected. We topped up our water bottles every morning using the free water cooler in reception which was very handy. The hotel is well located by Vorgartenstraße and Praterstern metro stations which gets you to the centre within 10 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is the pillows. They were quite flat and not very comfortable. The hotel isn't that well signposted so it can be easily missed when you're trying to find it, but that's what Google Maps is for! Overall, a peasant stay that didn't break the bank.

Friendly employees and great customer service Location is ok, 10 minutes walk from the metro station, but from that metro station, you usually need to switch two metro lines in one way to get to almost every tourist location. Like all Ibis hotels, it is comfy and good value for the money, but this hotel could be cleaner. If you are a tourist in Vienna, I would recommend the other Ibis Hotel, Ibis Hotel Mariahilfer, which is in a much better location with better connections. You can visit lots of locations by foot, and here you need to use public transportation.

Excellent location and it is right next to Vienna Central Station. Staff is friendly. Room: Fair considering it is a 3-star hotel. However, I could not withstand the poor bathing facility as the water turned super cold or super hot during bathing every time!
