Our room (apartment for 2 adults) was very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't turned on (we couldn't turn it on by ourselves, but actually we didnt need it) A special thing in apartment is that there is a stove. All required dishes you can ask on reception and make food by yourself. Location is not far away from tram and underground stations (5-7 min by foot).

the location is great! the food is excellent. the hotel is a maximum of 4 stars, the rooms are dirty, all the corners and by the bed are dirty, the cleaning is terrible, I had to argue and count the days with the cleaning supervisor so that the bed linen was changed once in 6 nights (they have one every three days). lamps are streaked and stained. When checking in, there was someone else's map of the city with personal notes in the room. I won't be back again.

The hotel was located at a distance of 10 to 15 minutes walk away from a metro station. The room was not big, marginally enough for the use of a solo traveller. The hotel was aged and the furniture in the room was outdated, needed to be replaced.

Excellent location if u are traveling to/from Vienna via train. Just next door to the main train station. Can communicate easily to all local attractions by bus. Room is modern, spacious and well-equipped. Highly recommend for travelers taking trains.

The hotel location is wonderful, and the staff is excellent. However, the room could benefit from new furniture, as the bed frame and bed appear quite old. Conveniently located hotel that’s almost connected to Wien hbf. So very convenient for rail connections. Hotel is nice, staff is helpful and they have a decent bar/coworking space. My main grievance with the hotel is the 100% self check in. Traveling from overseas Im exhausted and their computer defaults to German every page and there’s an exhausting amount of info to enter. Info that should populate with your reservation. Maybe add online check in to ease the process?

Very good location Very close to the subway Very clean and tidy is to play a more stable hotel Golden Hall This kind of opera house is not far from the distance. It is safe. There are many participating restaurants. The restaurant is expensive. But the corner Japanese restaurant is really delicious.

The hotel is located right in front of a subway station, just a couple stops from the city centre. You should get a daily card for your stay if you intend to go sightseeing. The staff is really kind, the rooms are cosy and warm. Beautiful lobby with artificial fire. Refreshments also available when arriving. There is a little bit street noise, but only when the windows are open. Delicious breakfast with a lot of different foods and drinks to choose from, there is even wine.
