Best Vientiane Hotels

Good location, clean rooms, good reception staff. I really like it. Next time I will definitely go to stay again.

1. The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and all the problems raised are solved attentively. Although the hotel is a little far from the airport, hotel pick-up and drop-off is very convenient. The surrounding area near the Arc de Triomphe is full of Southeast Asian style. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose next time.

The price and Location is awesome. However, the hotel is very old. But I am happy with the value. 😊

Moved from continental plaza to Ji hotel for our last night in Vientiane. The hotel is especially for Chinese tourist… it’s good and not good… based in old Chinatown, the hotel is on the 6st floor of a building. Inside it’s very nice, quite new, and service was nice. Then come the morning and the included breakfast… only Chinese food combination… not really choices… no coffee, no orange juice or else, only a cup of milk… some porridges and Chinese rice rolls or buns and eggs, these kind of combination… not attractive at all… to eat the breakfast you have to go to 1st floor and walk outside to a partnered restaurant who will serve you a choice of 5 Chinese combinations food. Workers of the hotel are nice but don’t speak English only Chinese… have a rooftop swimming pool and a gym but exposed to sunshine so it was too hot to swim or to gym 🤭.

Many restaurants in the area, a good massage place two doors down. Some staff can’t speak English but there’s always someone else around that can. Nice bar at the top. Cost benefit is good.

I was happy with my stay there. Very friendly and well trained staff. Everything was fine.

Locals refer to this hotel as ‘the Chinese hotel’, and it is very Chinese. The reception staff don’t speak English but are fluent in Chinese. Room deposits can be paid in RMB. The Buffett breakfast is excellent, the pool are other facilities are good too. The rooms are clean (see photos). Conveniently located for the airport, local area is okay but not brilliant.

Very good hotel. Staff was friendly. Location is very good for going to the night market. Price is not high and rooms are well cleaned. Only inconvenience is climbing stairs. Breakfast is the same every day, so it would be nice if there was some variation if you are staying for consecutive nights.

It is my first time to go to Laos and have to go on business. Therefore try to stay here because it is in the middle of Vientiane. At first, there was a problem that could not check in because of some pictures. Come to the hotel But the hotel is very helpful. Let's stay first and check later. In conclusion, it's just a misunderstanding. Overall staff take good care, speaks gentle, impressed. Stay in a double bed room. The bathroom has a bathtub, clean room, good view, the key is that there is an area to talk about business. In the morning until late, I am impressed. Next round, definitely use the service again.

Although the app only booked for 1 day, I actually stayed at this hotel for a total of 8 days, I lived here during the loss of my passport. In general, if you live for 8 days, the breakfast dishes will never be changed, so you will be a little scared. Then I encountered a cockroach in the room, but it may be because there was a problem with the housekeeping communication for a while, so I didn't come in to clean during that period, and there was food in our room. But overall, the staff service attitude is good, people are very polite, will try their best to solve your difficulties. And as long as you can speak English, there are basically people at the front desk who can assist, but the night shift can't communicate in English at all, which is more troublesome. If compared to the surroundings, this should be considered the best hotel nearby. It is also very close to the city center, and the traffic is very convenient. No matter whether you want to go out to play or do things, the location is very advantageous.
