2-Star Hotels in Vierzon

This is a budget hotel about halfway between calais and Toulouse, perfectly placed for our stopover. We found it to be clean but basic, no tea making facilities in room but a vending machine in foyer which cost just €1.10 for a drink. Friendly staff on hand to assist in matters. Breakfast was overseen by Akrem, a very friendly, engaging chap who seemed to be doing everything on his own. The breakfast was fairly good with enough choice of breads, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, and drinks to fill you up. Free parking at the hotel. Remember this is a budget hotel, if you want 5* hotel you will pay 3-5 times more for it. Would return next time and recommend to others.

Friendly reception and easy check in. The room was clean and, very important, shower was hot and worked well. Bed was comfortable and everything worked as expected. HINT: Ask for a room at the rear so you limit road noise.

L'hôtel mériterait un petit rafraichissement, l'emplacement est très bien, le plus gras atout est le parking souterrain gratuit et gardé, accès direct dans l'hôtel. Chambre correcte, salle de bain un peu exigue, personnel à la réception très professionnel. Petit déjeuner simple mais salé et sucré. Pour une étape très bien.

Room without meals. Clean, nothing to re-repeat. Booking and full payment via internet, no problem (except that the host person asked me at our arrival, to pay the balance ???, after checking, everything was in order ...)
