"Front desk is very nice, service staff is excellent too, Kai is a nice gentleman who help me getting the extend stay; Nhung is a very nice lady who help me fix the taxi issue.
You can always to approach them for any help when you need it.
Breakfast is rich and good quality, they also have swimming pool and spa on site.

"If I say it is the most beautiful and cheapest hotel in Hanoi. There is no harm in it.Breakfast is included in this but it is not a good breakfast for vegetarians.Apart from this, the swimming pool, bar and gym of the hotel are very beautiful.The hotel staff is very cooperative and very nice."

"Check-in staff is efficient and friendly. Very new hotel and the room is clean and spacious. Breakfast limited . Not much selection. No coffee / tea provided just milk / soya bean milk. Location is quite a distance from the city center and main street. There is no restaurant nearby so will need to walk 15-20min to locate restaurant. Overall a good stay as the price is reasonable."

"Who knows, the hotel experience I stayed in this time was full! I must give a good review!
As soon as I arrived at the hotel, Xiao Zhao and Xiao Hui, the front desk staff, greeted me warmly, checked me in quickly and considerately, and my good impression instantly exploded.
The room is fully equipped, the bedding is clean and tidy, and there is no odor in the bathroom. It is cleaned so meticulously that I feel super safe.
The breakfast is even more surprising, with hot buns and fried dough sticks, exquisite bread salad, and freshly squeezed juice. The variety is so rich that it is difficult to choose, and every bite is super satisfying.
This stay experience is full marks, and I will stay here next time I come here!"
