Its really shocking by seeing positive reviews for this hotel. I Was there for couple of days with family , first of all i would like to write the positive about this hotel, this is just walkable distance to the railway station . Except this facility everything is nightmare !!. Always some locals sitting in the reception , Their way of approach to the Guest (Customer / Slaves ) is very bad , they will not accept the online booking , they will demand more money when we reach the property . We were reached at the time of 1.30AM !! they refuse to give the room for online booking !! we were not able to move to other hotel that time. we paid extra! the room is not cleaned , it is completely dirty , they are not changing their bedsheets before allowing new guest, just folding it again and again , (I have seen this when we vacate ). Always noisy !! The curtain and cupboards !! omg we cant imagine . The AC drain will drop your feel while sitting in the toilet . I understand from other sources , they are saying that the hotel was very good when it was owned by the actual owner, now the new team have running the hotel for lease , Hence they are not maintaining it!!. Again the Location is very good!! so we hope some good management will take over this hotel soon .
