Hotel hermoso, de los mejores que hay en Villa de Leyva y he visitado varios, lo recomiendo total es lindo, las suit espectaculares, con zona de terraza amplia con jacuzzi, muy acogedor, la comida sabrosa, queda cerca a la plaza principal, muy buena la atención, el spa muy acogedor, es PET friendly . Fuimos con mi esposo y volveré con toda la familia 5 de 5. Felicitaciones

Hotel con mucho encanto, las habitaciones amplias, personal atento, el desayuno es americano servido en mesa. La accesibilidad es un poco complicada con muchos desniveles.

Las instalaciones del hotel son hermosas, todo muy limpio, impecable y bien organizado. La temática es encantadora, pero la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. Desde el inicio, la comunicación por WhatsApp fue confusa, ya que nos dieron diferentes precios para la estadía. Durante nuestra estancia, hubo una boda y, debido a esto, nos negaron el acceso al spa, a pesar de que se supone que está disponible 24/7. Además, esa misma noche quisimos pedir comida porque estaba lloviendo, pero nos dijeron que no había servicio por el evento, lo que nos obligó a salir bajo la lluvia. Para empeorar la situación, cuando intentamos sacar el carro del parqueadero, estaba bloqueado por otro vehículo mal estacionado y nadie hizo nada al respecto, así que tuvimos que ir caminando bajo la lluvia. Por último, si viajan con mascotas, tengan en cuenta que el hotel no es tan pet-friendly como lo promocionan.

Fue una estadía mágica. El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, ya que está cerca de la plaza central, pero lejos de transeúntes y ruido, lo que lo hace más seguro y confortable. El servicio el muy bueno y las instalaciones y habitaciones te transportan… como si estuvieras 24/7 en un spa. Muchas plantas y flores, el sonar de los pajaritos, tragaluces naturales en la habitación, sin hablar de la impecable decoración del hotel en general. Tiene sala de masajes y circuito de aguas para más relajación. Sin duda alguna, una excelente opción para descansar y desconectarte de verdad.

El hotel es hermoso. Con una arquitectura que combina maravillosamente las tradiciones del lugar con toques modernos de cierto sabor oriental. La suite en la que estuvimos tiene jardín interior, un yacuzzi impecable y zona de descanso. Todo es de buen gusto. La zona del restaurante, con un olivo en el centro y bella iluminación nocturna y chimenea invitan al disfrute de comidas y ambiente. El personal de recepción, Camila y Daniela, están pendientes de cada detalle. Todo el personal del room service, comprometido con el buen servicio, diligente y consentidor. Todo los deseos se cumplen. Felicitaciones
