Terrible hotel! The only good thing is the treatment of Ciara at reception, lovely. The room had a damp smell and you could tell it hadn't been aired in a long time. It was dirty with dust. The mattress on the bed is a board and the springs stick into you, plus we were cold (in October), because we only had one blanket (for my son) and there were 3 of us. We couldn't ask for more because after 8pm there is no one at reception, and the heating didn't work. The sink is from the 20s!! With the toilet lid broken, damp, the shower screen yellow and very old, a very strange and ancient hair dryer, and the water had no pressure... a disaster. Cracks in the balcony and... poor, poor breakfast. And they watched you to see what you took... you can't have a pleasant breakfast, with that pressure and surveillance. Also, the bread machine was off and when I turned it on, the girl who was watching demanded that I turn it off because it wasn't working properly and could catch fire, according to her. I was quite scared... a horrible experience... look at another hotel!!!! Never this one!!!! I FEEL DECEIVED, it's not at all the same as in the advert!!!!!!

Our plane was two hours late in arriving in the evening at Verona but, following a text message, a car transfer was kindly arranged by the friendly staff at the hotel to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. I highly recommend this family run hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Postumia for an overnight stop before getting a flight home. It is comfortable and clean with a good welcome. We ate at a very good restauarant across the rtoad. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The shuttle to the airport was quick and reliable. This hotel is very good value for money and so convenient for the airport.

We needed an overnight close to the airport as we arrived very late (1 am). Reception (Chiara) was super responsive and gave very clear instructions for self check in. It was very easy and fast to do. Breakfast was excellent with proper coffee and croissant. There is a parking place in front of the hotel. This all deserves 5, but what we didn’t like was the room on the 3rd floor that was bit too warm and AC was not placed on the most suitable place to cool down the room.

We stayed 2 days and nights at hotel postumia in Dossobuono. The breakfast is excellent, abundant e varied. The staff is so helpful, friendly and well trained. The double bedroom was spacious, cosy and so clean. Everythings worked perfectly and we think the key value is their family running. Thank you

Unfortunately I slept in an ugly room in an attic, I don't know if the others are like this too but I have to give a negative review... unbearable smell from the bathroom drains, also high price considering the area, the only positive thing is that you can go to the airport even on foot because it is very close.
